— Otome Girl / So, she's got this obsession with Japanese dating simulations which are called Otome Games, and she used to blog about them under the name Otome Girl- she's abandoned the site because of her focus on training, but eventually, goes back to it now and then. The netizens found the blog, and find it cute on how she would fangirl like they do for idols, except she does it for not existing characters.

APPEARANCE ♡ She's really short, ridiculously short- and originally, she didn't mind, because 5'4" was considered tall amongst Filipinos, but then- she went to Korea to start her training- and imagine her shock when she sees everyone is usually 5'6" and beyond. So she's really short- but she really trips all over her feet when it comes to wearing heels- it really for her. A lot of MCs on variety shows will point out how short she is, but she'll just defensively cry out that it's being "Petite!!"- and I think she's still in shock. She has a cubby face, as in- you just want to squish her cheeks- in fact, that's the first reaction some people have in meeting her. She has a flunctuating weight, because she gains easily, but prolly eats the most- so if she isn't following the set diet, you can tell from her face shape. Either way, Kiku's small and fat in the face- so she looks like one of those Precious Moments dolls. STYLE ♡ she likes comfortable sweaters- big sweaters that almost seem to swallow her, or drown her in their warm confines. She likes them plain, warm colors- or cool colors, she likes them neon, and emo- she especially likes the one with smart comments- or funny jokes. She usually likes long tops- the ones that almost go until under her bum- but she loves tight fitting jeans, be it denim or those colorful ones. And she has an obsession with combat boots- she has three pairs, a cream coloured one with lace, a black one and a brown one. Recently, she's started liking hidden wedge sneakers- or boots too. Chrysa's the style, who's quietly sitting in the corner of the noisy room- and irritatingly imagines all of the people who make noise to be voiceless so that Chrysa can find her happy place. I don't mean to make her seem morbid- but she enjoys the quiet. She's the style who'll be ridiculously noisy around close friends, who she can name within ten fingers. She's also a huge daydreamer, sometimes wishing that she was maybe a demigod, or maybe a wizard instead of being plain old her- sometimes, she'd daydream that her favourite idols would waltz into her classroom, and sweep her away into a sweet dream- she likes weaving her own stories, but still- she likes to imagine that she saves herself from danger, or that she's so incredibly talented- that her favourite idols would spoil her. She's a feminist, she really can't stand males sometimes- and that might be influenced by the fact she's studied in an all girls school. Because of this, she's also really open minded about same- relationships, because she's seen some really cute couples like that.
She's a hardworker, and will always strive for her goals- despite being a huge procrastinator at times. No really, she does her homework seconds before the subject starts- she's really irresponsible- but really good at cramming either ways. For things she feel passionate in, she will always exert more effort- and at times, she likes feeling superior when she gets dances earlier than her unnies- she's just jumping up and down- because she can do it- and it's because they have more experience, and she just feels accomplished somehow- not meaning that she'd brag about it. Still, she's terrible at expressing her real feelings, and instead will not say a thing if something upsets her. It's like a thermometer, the intensity of her emotion will just keep rising, but she'll hide it deep in her heart- until it just suddenly bursts- this is especially true with her anger. When she's upset, it comes out in unexpected bursts- she can't control it, and she'll refuse to speak to anyone after it.

THERE'S MORE TO YOU THAN MEETS THE EYE...
BACKGROUND ♡
If there's one thing that she'll continuously remember about her past, is her mother nagging her. Her mother always nagged about how fat she was, or how much pimples she had, or how she should study for her dreams- but Chrysa never really cared because she was absolutely satisfied about her life. She didn't care that she got called fat, or that boys during soirees never looked at her twice because her face was just too chubby. And it hurts somehow in her heart, but she could never bring herself to care, because she's fat- and she never had the energy to change that about herself.
It changed in 2009, when her childhood best friend, and love debuted with MBLAQ. It changed her perspective on herself, because some breaks she'd go to Korea and hang out with MBLAQ and sometimes even 2NE1 and she'd just be amazed- but she'd still do nothing, but somewhere in her heart she's frustrated- because she wonders what would happen when she reaches Thunder or Dara's age, and what would she do? She felt useless somehow, whilst her friends- childhood friends, moved on- and shown brightly- doing something- and where was she? Feeling absolutely frustrated with herself.
In May 2010, her eyes were drawn to Super Junior and the trials they went through- and how they were still growing strong. So she looked at Super Junior, she looked at MBLAQ and she looked at 2NE1- and she looked at all those other groups, and wondered what she could do. Her voice was too weak- her mother insulted her about it, and she could never do rapping- so why not dancing? So she practiced, she lost weight, she gained weight- her determination to make something of her life before her youth was gone was admirable, she wanted to do something, and somehow she was. She didn't want her parents to know her struggles, so she kept it in her small room, or sometimes- she'd dance in her classroom when everyone had already left.
In 2012, during one of her visits to South Korea to hang out with Thunder, she tried auditioning for small companies- not daring to go into SM- for fear of the contract, or JYP because Thunder was there- and she wouldn't do YG because she doesn't want Dara to see the pain she's going through because she feels as if her life was worthless...
When she was accepted into SF- she felt like she was finally getting somewhere into her life, and you've no idea how she felt when she was chosen as a possible candidate for SHJ- because finally, it was right before her. The answer to all her questions- and finally, that heavy feeling in her heart will finally lift. She's trying to become the person she imagined was her hero when she was a little girl. She thinks, she's sorta proving her worth. That she can do it too.

PERSONALITY ♡ Kai seems cold, mysterious from his physical appearance alone, but he's true personality is far from his physical appearance. He's actually incredibly and surprisingly kind once you get to know him. He can get easily concerned about people around him- whether they're cold or not, and is such a warm hearted person. Like mentioned, nice and friendly- if not awkward and distant from people he's not really close with. He's just... a bit mysterious sometimes because of the cold look- and amazing charisma he has on stage.
INTERACTIONS ♡ Kai's ridiculously good looking. And what Chrysa learned from always playing dating simulations, where female heroines' feet get swept away by handsome boys- is don't trust boys. Don't even speak to them. If one approaches you- run, run far far far away- because then you'll be safe. Because getting your heart stolen is bad and dangerous- and could destroy a person. You can imagine what happened when they met for the first time. They literally ran into each other in the hallways of a music show, her being quite unfamiliar was like a deer caught in headlights. He was charmed by her sweet appearance, she was charmed by his handsome looks- so with her heart thumping loudly- she ran away- getting even more lost, but eh. It doesn't excatly help that she's studied in an all girls school- so she has no proper idea how to handle herself around the opposite gender. They didn't meet again until EXO had a similar schedule to SHJ. You can practically see the awkwardness oozing out of the two when they're beside each other. In fact- Kai's incredibly nervous to see her members need to hold her down so she won't bolt out of the room when EXO and SHJ had to a share waiting room. It's a slow process to get her to see that boys aren't all arses. That some cam be nice, and their mission isn't to steal hearts and leave you crying. Seeing the chemistry between the two- the members would love pushing the two together- even locking them inside a closet, and almost getting Chrysa to faint because of her close proximity with a Y chromosome. After all of that- when she's comfortable, Kai would treat her delicately- like she was a porcelain doll. I mean, look at her. And the way she acts- he's careful not to be to sudden, and to always warn her before he does something that would cause her to run away. He's sweet- and Chrysa is shy- but she'll enjoy being spoiled, and being allowed to be selfish with his affections. They'd be totally dears that would have you curling your toes. It's that cute. And it's a rare side to see of Kai- who's known for being an amazing and charismatic- blow your mind, dancer. ^^ |
