» PERSONALITY

     If I were to ask to define Kanon in two words it would be- Yamato Nadeshiko. In English, The Ideal Japanese Lady. Sweet, delicate, feminine, shy- quiet, obedient to her parents, she's pure. A total sweetheart. Kanon is a total darling, maybe the Nation's Darling. Kanon had always been incredibly sheltered. She's the daughter of the CEO of a huge conglomerate- she didn't need to leave the house because everything can be brought to her on a golden platter. She's been kept away from the world and only knows entirely her prison- the mansion. Is she spoiled? Well, she grew up in a strict family- so in the chance she didn't show hints of being a snob, or a princess- she would be disciplined to show the best behavior- and to remain utterly polite, even if she doesn't understand what's going on- or if she's uncomfortable with the situation. 

     The official adorable representative in LXG. Because she grew up sheltered- she isn't familiar with the outside world much- she has no idea how to ride taxis, or cook- she has to be taken care of- and sometimes, with her upbringing, she's embarrassed to be so dependent on her members when it comes to anything in Korea. On variety shows, she must be protected because she's often looking like a deer caught in headlights! She's immensely shy- and doesn't associate well with others. She's a bit easy to fool, and will cry when she realizes her mistakes- especially when she messes up on dances. She's the type people want to keep in their pockets and protect. She doesn't associate well with others, especially boys. She thinks she knows everything about boys after having been a voice actress for female heroines surrounded by the opposite gender- but it's different when it's the real thing. Outside her members, the only ones she knows are LXG's managers, her personal manager, her trainers, and her family- most of which are female. So when she's near a boy, she knows she's blushing, but she doesn't understand why she's doing so~ Awkward and cute little thing, isn't she?

     She prides herself in her voice, and it's the reason why SM wanted her to come to Korea for LXG. She's good at changing the tones of her voice, and her voice is strong and pretty enough to stand alone. She was originally supposed to debut as a solo artist who never shows her face- but she was scouted by SM.

» Background

     Kanon was born as the heiress of Avex Group Conglomerate. She was sheltered for a long time- and she knew nothing but the walls of her mansion. Her only way to see the outside world was via the flat screen tv- which mind you, she used everyday- taking in what she could. As the heiress of possibly the richest group in Japan, she was protected to the point she was almost suffocated in the empty mansion. When she found anime. She loved it, and wished that one day- she could voice act. When she was once sitting down to learn the ropes of the company in the chance she would earn the right to be the CEO- she learned of the voice acting program. And being a daddy's girl, she started training her voice when she was 14- until her eventual voice acting debut when she was 16. Since then, she continued her dream- but Matsuura Kanon was a mysterious voice actress. She voiced popular animes among teen girls, and many people wanted to meet her- but no one ever has. During voice actors conventions, she was a no show- even behind the scenes, very few artists ever actually met the little lady. 

     She was scouted by SM when a representative of the company dropped by the headquarters of AVEX for a meeting about SMTown when he passed by Kanon practicing her singing. When he asked the guide who she was- the guide nervously said that she was one of the many voice actresses under AVEX, and was meant to release albums soon- but would never show her face to the public. After the meeting, when the representative passed through the same room by himself- he took a secret video and sent it to Lee Sooman- the main producer of SM. Apparently, the man also charmed- talked to the CEO of AVEX who was far from happy when Kanon was discovered. The CEO did not want his daughter in another country, but at the same time- he knew the offers of Lee Sooman were good- business wise. With the condition that Kanon would continue to stay in Japan for the training, Kanon was officially recruited for SM- in secret. She was trained privately, and will be brought for Korea when Lee Sooman deemed she would be ready to go to Korea and debut there.

» PERSONALITY

     Kai seems cold, mysterious from his physical appearance alone, but he's true personality is far from his physical appearance. He's actually incredibly and surprisingly kind once you get to know him. He can get easily concerned about people around him- whether they're cold or not, and is such a warm hearted person. Like mentioned, nice and friendly- if not awkward and distant from people he's not really close with. He's just... a bit mysterious sometimes because of the cold look- and amazing charisma he has on stage.

» INTERACTIONS

     Kai's ridiculously good looking. And what Kanon learned from always voice acting female heroines who's feet get swept away by handsome boys- is don't trust boys. Don't even speak to them. If one approaches you- run, run far far far away- because then you'll be safe. Because getting your heart stolen is bad and dangerous- and could destroy a person.

     You can imagine what happened when they met for the first time. Kai- being close to her age, and the best dancer- was asked to help a young trainee who was terrible at dancing. So he entered the training room- and met the eyes of our innocent Kanon. He was charmed by her sweet appearance, she was charmed by his handsome looks- so with her heart thumping loudly- she ran away. 

     They didn't meet again until after LXG debuted.

     You can practically see the awkwardness oozing out of the two when they're beside each other. In fact- Kai's incredibly nervous to see her members need to hold her down so she won't bolt out of the room when EXO met LXG for the first time.

     It's a slow process to get her to see that boys aren't all arses. That some cam be nice, and their mission isn't to steal hearts and leave you crying. Seeing the chemistry between the two- the members would love pushing the two together- even locking them inside a closet, and almost getting Kanon to faint because of her close proximity with a Y chromosome. 

     After all of that- when she's comfortable, Kai would treat her delicately- like she was a porcelain doll. I mean, look at her. And the way she acts- he's careful not to be to sudden, and to always warn her before he does something that would cause her to run away. He's sweet- and Kanon is shy- but she'll enjoy being spoiled, and being allowed to be selfish with his affections. They'd be totally dears that would have you curling your toes. It's that cute. And it's a rare side to see of Kai- who's known for being an amazing and charismatic- blow your mind, dancer. ^^

COMMENTS: Hi I'm Nyx, and Ama-chi told me to try and apply for LXG because of Nyx. xDD. I hope you'll like Kanon! ^^ She's a voice actress, which I think can bring diversity to the group- it will strengthen the group- because, with her always gone or busy- the other members will consider whether they should be upset she gets more work, and is always gone- or should they be happy and support her. I think this can cause arguments in the group-- but it will make things more interesting I hope! ^^ 
SUGGESTIONS: Group arguments! It will strengthen the group! :D It works! Shinhwa members say they always argue with each other, and that's why they lasted so long- same goes with Super Junior!! ^^ Moon Heejun from HOT said that they- (HOT) should've argued with each other more, and that they shouldn't have been so polite, he regretted that a lot. 
SCENE REQUEST: *Because of the fact she's also a busy voice actress in Japan- there are some performances which she is unable to attend, which makes the fans angry- she becomes pressured because she feels like she's bringing the group down by selfishly holding onto her role as a voice actress. *Kai will be asked to teach her how to properly dance- and she'll be red the entire time. *Fainting or turning red when she's suddenly being charmed by other Kpop idols. *Makes a mistake on stage- and feels terrible about it. *She faints, please make her faint because of a boy. *Intimate Note!!
