In the video there are two girls, at the beginning we see the FIRST girl who is the ACTUAL girlfriend Leo, Leo makes clothes, she is able to understand Leo knows he suffered much and that is why it supports and gives all his love and understanding it.
In the second 0:42 to 0:46 and see the girl over a white dress; She approaches the desk and see a photo Leo. After she is walking and sees some pills on the floor, this implies that Leo has problems (Psychotic? Depression?) And she inspite decides to stay with him because she loves him, while still others can be seen walking four dresses and a box, wanting to see what's in there Leo closes abruptly, which she does not mind because he knows that what is there is part of the painful past of Leo.
At that, the girl approaches the white dress and points to herself as if to say that the dress should be for her, or that is what you like to use the day of her wedding to Leo.
