Kris Lawsuit Sh-tuff

Okay. I'm fairly aggravated that I can't get a straight answer from anywhere. K-Idiots confuses me, which is a rare occasion, on Tumblr is confusing me, and YouTube videos about this topic are confusing me. There are literally at least 10 different rumors going around, but none of them really coincide and it's just frustrating me. All I got from anything going on is that;

1. Kris filed a lawsuit against SM for maltreatment.

2. Other EXO members were apparently bullying Kris.

3. The poor guy has become sick like Hangeng, coughing up blood and vomiting a lot.

4. SM took all of EXO's electronics and is using them for media play and writing false information.

5. Rumors of SM managers forcing Suho to say in an interview that everything was fine and that Kris was the irresponsible one.

6. SM physically forced Kris onto his knees to apologize to members and managers.

7. Netizens are calling him a betrayer, and I'm not really sure what for.

8. SM refused to let Kris go on with his dream of becoming an actor.

An entertainment company should exist to nurture the dreams of their idols, not siphon money out of them.

9. Kris ran away at least 3 times because he was sick of SM's (I would be too).

10. I will reiterate that THE LIFE STYLE HE IS LEADING NOW IS MAKING HIM VOMIT BLOOD. THAT AIN'T RIGHT.

If anyone could clearly elaborate on any of this for me, that would be stupendous.

If you got any of this off of tumblr, about 80% is probably not true. Rumors have been circulating for hours now and the only thing that should be regarded as truth is the fact that Kris is terminating his contract. This doesn't mean he's trying to get out of EXO, but that he could be trying to get a new, rewritten contract with better terms. But with all the media play and fan reactions (SM is just doing what they can to save themselves because they were most likely blindsided by this and to hear one of your moneymakers is trying to terminate a contract is probably not the best thing to be hearing, so they've been on the fence trying to do damage control that makes them look 100 times worse, but what are you going to do, it's SM and their PR can be ty as frack.), it could be very well be at the point that even if Kris was just trying to get a new contract with better terms, he probably won't be in EXO anymore (Any trust he had for SM is probably gone, and with all of the terrible fan reactions, OT12 is basically impossible to do now.). Not because of SM, but because of the fans and the media portraying everything in a negative light. If Sina hadn't had released that article, then things could have been handled peacefully and it could have been a different story, but as of right now, things aren't looking good.
