It's impossible for me to like Red Light. It's repetitive and not catchy whatsoever. The vocals weren't powerful enough, which I find odd because Luna exists. More could've been done with it to make it better, but SM doesn't take their time to fully nurture the girls so that they can do their best. I didn't fully understand the MV, either. This song would've been AMAZING if more work was put into by the production staff. I love f(x), don't get me wrong, and I feel like they were cheated with this comeback. The concept is bland and uninspiring and I hate SM for doing this to f(x) all the time. They deserve so much more than what they get because they are all so talented. One good thing, though, HOLY CRAP THEY ARE ALL SO BEAUTIFUL. The grunge look defeated the purpose for some shots, though. I don't really like Krystal, but she was really pretty in this comeback, and HOLY COW MY LUNA FEELS EXPLODED (obviously my bias). Sulli was as cute as ever, ah she's so pretty~ and Victoria was gorgeous as per usual. Amber, why are you so handsome???? I feel like the girls should've come back with an upbeat summer song that I would feel the need to dance to and break everything in my house because there isn't a dancing bone in my body. I feel sad and I hope that the girls have another comeback soon that is better than this, because I know for a fact that they can do way better.
