I seriously think Kris's decision on filing a lawsuit is not wise.

Maybe he felt like he was bypassed and his dreams weren't coming true but I think he made a rather impulsive move.

This issue has brought so many emotions for us fans like sadness, shock and even disappointment.

What happened to the famous EXO quote, "We are ONE!"?

My analysis from Suho's Allegedly comment and Tao's post on his instagram is that Kris apparently want to have his own say on what he want in his career, but what about EXO? Aren't they experiencing the same, if not, similar treatment as Kris? Considering that they are experiencing the same treatment, why aren't they complaining and why did they side with the company? I think assuming that SM forced them is not also wise because like how the Super Junior members freely voiced out their distaste in one of SM's doings, they also have the free will to side on who they think is right. In my opinion, they wouldn't sacrifice their friendship with Kris just because SM wanted them, they are old enough to think what is right or wrong.

On the other side, I think when Kris agreed to be with EXO that would mean that he will put EXO's activities on his top priority and until EXO is settled in the stardom that is the time they can do individual development just like how other SM groups did.

About those who believe for Kris, I think that was Tao's post is for. That the public is not aware of what is really happening and they were betrayed by Kris and how the public is siding with Kris is hurting him.

I hope this issue gets resolved and they remain intact, and Kris will be back in EXO. I feel sad when Tao said they need to practise again for 11 members for their concert. EXO's fandom has really faced difficult times nowadays, like ships sinking and etc. but I hope EXO will always be together with us 'till the end.

*Edit: I don't think SM can hack their phones. That is just basic violation to their human rights and SM would not want the 11 members to go filing another lawsuit. Just like everybody, I'm also hurt with this issue. I'm an avid Krisyeol shipper that I even wrote a story with this pairing using Kris as the main character. I'm also subscribed to a lot of Krisoo and Taoris stories that is I'm still holding on to the chance that this issue will be settled.
