Are you more of a reader or a writer?
Lol I'm more of a writer but lately I’ve been reading heaps of fics.

 

When did you first start reading/writing fanfiction?
I started reading fanfictions since I was ten years old. So maybe I’ve been reading for eighteen years now. As for writing I’ve been writing fanfictions since I was seventeen so… about nine years?

 

What’s the first fanfiction you ever read/wrote? What is it about?
I can’t remember the title of the first fic that I’ve read but it was about my favorite anime. The first fic I write was about an anime as well. I only started writing kpop/cpop fics in 2003.I never posted it though.

 

What ratings do you read/write?
I read mostly any rating. But lately I’ve been hooked on rated m fics. Yes I’m in mode right now. Haha.

 

What was your first fandom?
I was into cpop before so my first fandom was with F4 (Jerry Yan, Vic Zhou, Ken Zhu, Vaness Wu) and then I turned to Farenheit, then to SS501 the finally Super Junior!

Yuri, I guess. But I’m not really that picky as long as the storyline is good.

What do you enjoy best about fanfiction in general?
I always feel that it makes me closer to my idols. I’ve been writing since I was four years old and been writing fics since I was ten. Once thing that I enjoyed about it is that I get to write down and read scenarios in my head and let my imagination run wild. My passion for writing is unleashed when I read and write fanfiction.

 

Do you have any fanfiction pet peeves?
Heechul being a diva and with Han Kyung, fluffy romance. Oh, and mostly enemies falling inlove kind of thing.

 

How long should a chapter be?
I don’t really care how long it should be as long as it satisfies my reading needs.

 

Have you ever flamed someone?
No and I will never do so.

 

Have you ever been flamed?
Yes. Once. That is why I will never do that to anyone.

I tried but it was an epic fail. (LOL)

Do reviews affect how you write in any way?
Yes. I do take them positively but I’m not really good with negative criticisms.

 

What makes you happy the most as a writer?
Comments of my subbies that they are having fun reading my stories.

 

Do you generally outline your fanfictions or do you prefer to write spontaneously then revise?
It depends on the storyline. At first I just write it down and then edit them, but now I have sort of a plan for each chapter. Nonetheless it still depends on the storyline.

 

Have you ever stolen something from another person’s work?
No. I don’t want that to happen to me so I don’t do it myself.

 

What do you feel is your biggest challenge when writing?
Describing the venue and characters are my weakness, like what they are wearing, where they are. Also scenes are a big challenge to me.

 

Do you have any certain ritual to do before/while/after you write?
None. I just write down what’s on my mind.

 

Do you actively advertise your story or request for reviews/upvotes?
No. I’m too shy to do so.
