Irrelevant Matters

Just posting this because I need an outlet to vent.

"It's very easy to find someone to be a scapegoat when something goes wrong.

I don't blame you for what you did or what you reacted.

You wanted an apology and I've gladly given it to you.

But please don't think for one second that all the blame should be mine alone.

Or that I apologized because I feel that I've done something so wrong.

I apologize because I recognize that I could have done something about it earlier.

I apologize because I expected you to understand and for each understanding to be clear.

I apologize because I never once thought that this was an easy task and that I recognize the amount of labor and effort that is put in.

I am not apologizing for something I have said but perhaps you didn't hear.

At the same time I am not blaming you for not catching it.

To err is human. It is understandable.

In terms of this, I hope that you are mature enough to see that as much as the fault is mine, you too have a part to play.

Communiction is after all a two way channel.

In this scale there are much bigger things than your immaturity to just find someone to blame."

Okay, that was work related.

Thats all.
