Personality :
Haneul is always seen as a calm and mature person, in which she may appear to be more mature than her real age is. She loves to smile a lot and never seem to be having problem in dealing with problems. This may be because of her being able to hide her emotions well. At times, even the closest friend of hers (maybe one of the members later) could not figure out what is in this girl's mind. Haneul is known as the polite and calm princess in YG Entertainment.
Being the youngest in her family,Haneul is never like any other 'maknaes' in other families. Since her mother opposes her wish to be a singer, Haneul is determined to prove it to her mother that singing is something that is worth it. Therefore, she may seemed to be serious and determined, whenever she is working with music. She does the thinkings a lot in the group and therefore she is always seen as the umma in the group.

Background :
Haneul is the youngest among two siblings with her brother being the ex member of MBLAQ. Bacause of his borther's failure of debuting, Haneul has become more determined to debut as she wished to at least make his brother's wish come true. However, after what had happened to her brother, their mother refused to let her involved in music anymore. She said that music can bring nothing except sadness to them and she insisted on keeping Haneul away from the industry. For that reason, Haneul worked really hard to prove it to her mother that she could really make it into the industry.

How they met :
At the debut stage of MBLAQ, in which the first time of the world seeing Thunder on stage,was the first time Haneul meeting Thunder. It was all because of Sangbae who insisted to support his fellow members. At first Haneul had imagined Thunder to be the kind of bad boy and is arrogant when she first heard of him from Sangbae, but then after meeting him for the first time, Haneul fell in love with his politeness at the first sight. Since then, the two always meet up and is being closer to each other each day.
