Minhyuk is not the youngest in CNBLUE,Jungshin and Minhyuk are born on the same year 1991, but Minhyuk is June 28, 1991 and Jungshin is September 15, 1991. So technically, Jungshin is the maknae/youngest member of CNBLUE.
