Appearance » Kyungmi has a petite body shape with an oblong-shaped face. Her strongest assets are her legs which are lithe and highly noticeable since she often wears shorts and neck which is relatively slender. She has pale tan skin and shoulder-length hair that's a mix of brown to black bean (brownish black to an extent) in color with straight bangs. If it gets too hot, which it normally does, she often ties her hair in a bun (plus a sport visor/visor cap) which often leads to her hair going slightly wavy.

Personality »
Kyungmi is a bundle of energy. She is curious, talkative, versatile and constantly on the go. Her eyes always seem to be wide with life and interest. She can bounce from one topic to another with ease, making her almost comical in nature (if not, an annoying chatter box). She may seem shallow, almost innocent and prone to being tricked, which is unfortunately true. Her curiosity is the reason why she can't stay still for long periods of time and get bored easily. When she was small, her family would give her snacks to nibble on when she gets bored while they find out new ways to keep her busy again. It was this habit that made her such a snack-fan. Kyungmi is a sporty and active girl in nature and can do any sports activities with great ease - in short, she's sort of like a prodigy when it comes to sports. The only thing she can't seem to do well is shut up and keep still. She's also impulsive, restless and sometimes indecisive - especially when it comes to snacks. She loves her snacks.
Kyungmi has a knack for attracting bad luck but she's quick on her feet and mouth so she'll slip in a random excuse and run off before any punishment happens to her. This can be pretty annoying to the people around her. She's a go-getter type of girl and not many can catch up with her lifestyle. In terms of love, she's all for it - problem is, she's pretty possessive and has certain characteristics on her partner that need to be fulfilled - one such characteristic is having a 'good neck'. What that means is entirely up to her. People tend to question her interests but she's gotten used to that over the years. Like her co-workers, she randomly bursts out moves that usually resemble a spazzing penguin or just burst out of the shop in general to ogle and check up on Chanyeol. But she still manages to do her job, one way or the other.

Kyungmi comes from a pretty well-off family in Daegu; it's a wonder why she went out of her way to look for a job. The reason for such is because she lost at a bet with her older brother (by a year), Myungdae (whose name triggers an unpleasant response from Kyungmi) with the loser having to go solo and find a job somewhere far from home.

Yes, she likes where she works. Actually, since we're talking about that, she'll like any job given to her and to be honest, Seaside Specialties was not her first choice. It was actually Frozen Delights but we'll get to that later. She likes working at Seaside Specialities because she's surrounded by wonderful snacks and three equally random, handsome, and crazy co-workers.
How did she get the job »
She had wanted to originally work at Frozen Delights. She only heard of the place and thought that it was great to work at a cool/cold place selling ice cream during summer - because it meant plenty of business and lots of work to do. However, she mistook Seaside Specialties as Frozen Delights when she entered and applied. She was a bit lost at first but she quickly shrugged it off and settled down at her unexpected job.

Kyungmi lives in one of TSM hotel's suites (same goes for Chanyeol) with her budget for the snack fridge her greatest enemy. She's pretty stocked (in terms of savings... and snacks) since she comes from a well-off family (naturally, they have to deal with her snack too).

Chanyeol and Kyungmi act like two peas in a pod. They're both happy-go-lucky types that more than often act before they think. However, Kyungmi does get too attached to Chanyeol, more so since he's a lifeguard. She is the possessive type especially with his deliciously y neck. She would randomly burst out from the snack shop's area to the lifeguard's spot by the beach shouting, "Put a shirt on!" if he ever happens to strut around the beach shirtless. Chanyeol's happier when Kyungmi's happy so he'll willingly let her do whatever she wants. He'll get dragged around by her antics and will, one way or the other, go along with it completely as he is one of those rare gems that understand her 1000 horsepowered brain. Kyungmi likes to poke her nose around Chanyeol's things as well - that includes his lifeguard gear like the whistle, so if the crowd ever hears an extra set of annoying whistling, that's probably Kyungmi.

It was Chanyeol who asked Kyungmi out. He had spotted her first from the lifeguard post, enjoying her favorite snack since birth that was 'MELONA' ice cream. He found her cute and later discovered that she was actually an employee and was working at Seaside Specialties. After several days of watching and distant admiration, he thought he'd ought to make a move before this speed-limit breaking girl runs off. After finding out from her co-workers, Jongup and Chen, that no one could break the bond between Kyungmi and her melon-flavored ice cream (or the fruit in general), Chanyeol felt obligated to do just that. So one day, he stops by at the Seaside Specialties, buys a box of 'Kancho' chocolate-filled biscuits with Kyungmi at the register and then hands it back to her after paying for it. He heads for the door, turns back to face her, winks at her and says, "Have a taste of my chocolate love~" before leaving the store with Kyungmi still holding the box, totally lost (Jongup and Chen snickering at the sides). Funny enough, the lame pick-up line and the first taste of the new snack was what caught Kyungmi's attention. When Chanyeol came back to see how his "confession" turned out, he found Kyungmi, mouth full of 'Kancho' biscuits. He grinned and said, "I win!" with a fist pump. Kyungmi blinked before breaking into a fit of giggles. She then threw him a bar of her former favorite snack saying, "Your turn~!" and the rest, is history.

Fun facts »
01 ) They're sometimes known as the 'Giraffes' of the beach that were misplaced from the zoo because of their slender necks and brownish locks that resemble that of the animal itself.
02 ) Chanyeol, at the start of their relationship, forgot that Kyungmi is deathly allergic and greatly dislikes shrimp. He had bought her a shrimp as a pet (who does that?!) with the idea that she is a shrimp in his eyes (referring to her short height in comparison to him). That shrimp, that at least had the name 'Pinky', didn't last a day.
03 ) Chanyeol tends to kiss the top of Kyungmi's head (since that's what he would see first anyway).
04 ) They have had many indirect kisses, with neither realizing any of it - a good example is how Kyungmi uses Chanyeol's whistle for fun sometimes. It's usually the others, like the ones who don't like skinship in particular, that react first.

What is the weirdest thing you've seen Chen and Jongup do while on the job »
Other than suddenly breaking into a fit of dancing, which Kyungmi has gotten used to over the days, she had once seen Chen and Jongup roleplaying passionately Chanyeol's confession for Kyungmi (the whole 'Kancho' box-winking-"Have a taste of my chocolate love~" thing). It was only during that time that Kyungmi felt embarrassed and refused to talk with the guys for the rest of the day - even Minho, who had nothing to do with it! (Minho would say, "What did I do?!")
How do you deal with a sudden influx of customers »
Kyungmi's all for it when there's an influx of customers, problem is - she gets too excited that she ends up making a mess of things. She tries to help by jumping from one customer to the next to see if they need assistance, but would forget what she was doing and get lost in the shop, totally confused. At the end of the day, she would clap her hands and feel very accomplished though she barely did anything right, making the guys rolls their eyes at her.
