Why are you seing everything in the wrong way?

Just like many type-Bs, Jin Hee is a very optimistic girl. When the situation doesn't go on the right way for her, she doesn't get discouraged as she knows how to look at the positive side of everything. She would always try to comfort you when you are down or when you have argued with someone. However as long as this part of the character can be considered really nice, for everything there are limits which she doesn't consider at all. For example, when one of her classmates found out that her boyfriend was cheating on her, Jin Hee immediately went to comfort her friend, saying "Don't worry, he probably had his reasons.". That girl never talked again to her. That's her problem, she tries to find the positive way in everything and she doesn't want to believe that in the world there are also bad people (and, unfortunately, it seems that the bad ones are numerous than the good ones), so when two people argue, she is impartial as she thinks that each of the two must have had its own reasons. Being impartial, however doesn't mean, not trying to comfort them. As she sees everything in pink, she can't stand sad people, so she would always tun by her friends (and even her rivals) side when they need her. However one of the bad sides of this, is that sometimes she can be too mcuh honest and people usually don't like the truth when you say it to them.

Another part of her character is the cheerfullness. As she seems everything in a positive way, she always smiles and she always seems extremely happy for everything. In her previous school (her school in Japan) she was called "Hi" (read Hee), which strongly remembers the second syllable of her name "Hee". "Hi" written with the kanji 日, can mean various things, day, sun, light. Everyone of this things can bring back to Jin Hee. She is really positive, happy and her smile nearly never fades away. In fact, when she was in Japan, she used to be one of the cheerleaders of the school. At first she wasn't really secure about that, but then she thought that trying costs nothing and so she auditioned to be a part of the cheerleading group. She got in really easily, also for her petite and skinny figure and her agility skills. Everyone in the sports club stills remembers her. If you ask some of them about Jin Hee they would probably reply << Ah! "Hi"?? The "hwaiting" girl? >> , maybe because one of her habit was giving trength and support to the athletes of the school by screaming "Hwaiting" instead that the Japanese correspondent "Faito!".

Something goes in pair with being cheerful:being really active. Jin Hee can't saty still for a moment. She always has to do something, it also cannot be related to sports or other activities like that but she has to do always something, because she hates being bored and not knowing what to do. This is also the main reason why she isn't really a neat person. For example, when she is in her room, after she finishes too study (she doesn't really spend so much time studying), she decides too draw, then she gets annoyed and leaves the sheets on the table and she decides to do other things, for example trying her cheerleading routine, then she wants to try on the new shirt she bought, then she wants to listen to her iPod, then...exc... In the end her room is a real mess. And even though she always wants to do something, don't talk about cleaning her room, because she won't ever do that...only if she really has nothing to do. Being active means also being sporty. One of her favourite sport is gymnastics, she trained really hard at first since she wanted to go to the Olympics, but then her coach told her that she had not too strong ankles and so being a professional athlete would have been really difficult for her, since she would have risked a lot because of her fragile ligaments. So in the end she had to abandon.

Even though she is always cheerfull, happy and all, she is also a rather sensitive girl. She can cry really easily, but she really doesn't show it. She has always thought that giving to the people around her that image of an optimistic girl, she didn't want to cry in front of them, she didn't want to reveal how weak she was in the inside. When someone treats her in a bad way, or when something bad happens she always tries to find the positive way about it, since she wants to comfort people around her and so she never shows them her sad face, however when she gets back home, she locks her room's door and she starts to cry. Even though she likes to comfort people, she doesn't like to be comforted, the only one who can probably comfort his her beloved one, even though she hasn't still met him.

"Mad", "Angry"...I don't see those words in my dictionary.

Can she be mad, angry? I don't think so. Of course there are really those times when she can't stand someone's behaviour but that happens really rarely and also she tries to solve the situation always with words and without screaming or yelling. Her best friend has never saw her screaming at someone, and she is her most close friends (there are only two of them), so yeah, we can say that she never gets mad at someone.

Insecure...am I?

Another thing that probably only people who understands well others can know, is that the cheerfulness is only a façade, since she can be really insecure at times. She usually comforts other people, but she would like really to be also comforted by someone and to receive sometimes a hug and some supporting words. This is one of the reasons why she didn't want , at first, to audition for the cheerleader position and also for the agency, but thanks to her friends' supporting words she decided to try.

Do I love you?

Being insecure, she doesn't really know how to express her feelings to the boy she loves. She fears of being rejected and ruining everything and she doesn't want to lose a good friend. That's one of the problems of being too friendly...you easily get friend-zoned. If she was to have a boyfriend, then she would probably care only about him and not about herself, trying to always make him happy, cooking him meals, visiting when he doesn't espects it, hugging him. However, she might be cheerful and all but being also insecure she won't ever do the first move, and this is the reason why she has never had a boyfriend in all these years. As long as skinship is concerned, it's the same as above, she doesn't takes the initiative but she eagerly accepts it (even though she blushes a lot).

Likes:

• spicy foods : there really isn't a reason about that, she only likes the strange feeling she gets when she eats them
• boys who laugh and smile a lot : being the cheerful person that she is and searching for someone who can support her, that type of guy is clearly her favourite one.
• drawing: it's one of her passions. When she is stressed she usually draws to releave the stress.
• running on a field: she likes the feeling of the wind in her face and the fact that she forgets about everything when she runs.
• talking with her best friend and going with her at the park : even though she is really positive and happy, she is too honest and so she has never had many friends. However she is happy with the only two she has. Her Japanese friend, Ayaka Kikuchi and her Korean one, Park Chorong.
• watching dramas : this is one of the other situations in which she cries a lot, but since this doesn't implies showing your weakness, she doesn't try to hide it.
• simple things: she is a simple girl and so she likes simple things. During a date she prefers her lover to bring her at the park or simply doing a walk. If she had to get a present from him, she would like flowers and not artsy events, which only create awkward situations.
• singing: she started to sing in the karaoke with her Japanese friend and then she decided to audition thanks to her friend's support.
• Italian foods: she really likes eating pasta, pizza and other Italian foods.

Dislikes:

• insects : she can't stand them, or in other words, she really is scared by them so that she would jump on someone to protect herself from a bug or a lullaby.
• sweets: she doesn't like foods that are too sweet, especially nutella, since they give her nausea. (that happens with everything that has too much sugar in it)
• war movies and dramas: she doesn't like them because she only sees the positive things of the world and war, surely isn't one of them.
• her body: since it is too weak and that is one of the reasons why she had to leave gymnastics and then Track and Field and Cheerleading;

• being in closen places who aren't large (elevator, car, exc..): she is claustrophobic so, yeah, she doesn't like those kind of place because she feels like someone if taking her oxygen.
• garlic: she really doesn't like the taste of garlic so she would feel really nauseous if she had to eat some food which has garlic on it.

Habits:

• she tries to style her hair in a ponytail with her hands : it's an habit she got from the gymnastics and the cheerleading, since you can't have your hair in front of your eyes in those kind of sports.
• patting with her hands her tights: another habit she got from gymnastics, since she used to do it to warm her muscles and making them become more elastic before the exercise.

Father: Yoo Taek Do | 54 | Computer Programmer | Taek Do moved to Nima, in Japan, due to work reasons. There he attended the wedding of a collegue and at the wedding he met Tomoko, Jin Hee's mother, who was there because she had planned the wedding. They fell in love at first sight and then, after their marriage, they had her only daughter Im Jin Hee. Taek Do is a really caring father, however he doesn't know how to express his feelings and so he may seem cold at times. Jin Hee is like him, not really good at expressing her feelings, and also her dad has really a good voice and Jin Hee took this trait from him. Even though Taek Do is always working, he visits the company only sometimes, since he can work also from his home. He took this decision when Jin Hee was born and he didn't want to leave her alone at home with no one looking after her. He gets mad easily but he doesn't touches her daughter, because he knows that words are more effective than everything and also because he is against violence of any kind. | He really cares about people close to him, but he isn't good at expressing his feelings so he might seem cold and serious. Mother: Tomoko Haneda | 52 | Wedding Planner | Tomoko is really a good mother, as she always takes care of Jin Hee and supports every choice of her. However she is always really busy with her job. Being a wedding planner, in fact, forces you to be more with your clients then with your family and Jin Hee often felt this absence. However she never blamed it on her mother, since she knows that planning other people's weddings has always been her mother's dream and so she doesn't want her mother to leave that job and be sad for the rest of her life. | She hardly gets mad and Jin Hee took this part of her character from her. Yoon Bomi | 19 | Idol in Apink |  Bomi is really funny and her presence is really enjoyable as she does hilarious imitaitons and funny jokes. She is also caring as a mother and loves to hang around with her best friends. She is at the 3rd grade of Taekwondo and Jin Hee admires her for her passion for sports. She also taught Jin Hee some dance moves. | They met in the agency. They were presenting the new trainees to the other trainees who were already in the agency and Bomi and Chorong decided to talk with the newcomer who wasn't talking because she didn't know how to speak in korean. From the on they became great friends.

Park Chorong | 21 | Idol in Apink | Chorong is really cute, gentle and kind. She can be also a little too loud and whiny, but she is so cute that you can forgive her really easily. Also if you think that she is the girly type, weak and shy then you probably don't know her at all. In fact Chorong is a sport-maniac. Her father is a coach of Taekwondo and Hapkido (that is the Korean version of Japanese Aikido) and so she's done martial arts since she was 8 years old. She likes leopard items, coffee and she is a fan of Teen Top's Niel. She also likes to meet with Bomi and Jin Hee and go at the park to exercise. | She met Jin Hee when she became a trainee in the agency.

Ayaka Kikuchi | 18 | Japanese Idol in AKB48 | They had the same passion for sports, as Ayaka loved to dance and was the one who taught Jin Hee many dance moves. Ayaka, is really gentle and caring. A real friend as she is always by Jin Hee's side when she needs her and she is the closest person to her. In fact, she is the only one who really knows Jin Hee and who has seen her cry. She knows how insecure her friend could be and so she usually sticks always by her side and supports her in every situation. So we could call her a friend in need and a friend indeed, since she trusts Jin Hee and also Jin Hee feels the same. They always count on each other. She is really determined and secure of herself. Background:

Jin Hee's father moved to Nima, because of his work, and there he met Jin Hee's mother. They married and in 1994, Jin Hee was born from their marriage. She has lived in Nima for most of her life and moved to Seoul only after auditioning. That's why she can talk better in Japanese than in Korean. In 6th grade of elementary school she met Ayaka, who had moved to Nima, from Kyoto and they became great friends, they enrolled in the same middle school but unfortunately they were in the same class only in the last year. However they've always been together like twin sisters. She supported her on her gymnastics competitions, and when Jin Hee abandoned gymnastics, she still supported her in cheerleading. Ayaka knows Jin Hee really well and since she is always been really insecure, it was Ayaka who signed Jin Hee's name on Cube audition. Thanks to her, Jin Hee entered in Cube after auditioning in Tokyo in 2009.

Personality: Jong Up is really a particular boy when we talk about his character. To strangers he seems calm, shy, a boy who knows his place and who isn't so outgoing. So he doesn't catch the attention easily. But with his friends he is completely the opposite. Loud, funny wo be with, playful, active...he seems Jin Hee male version. Together with Zelo, he is the best dancer in B.A.P. and he dances practically everywhere and whenever he has time. Even if he is cooking (even though it's really hard to see him cook) he dances, and no one can ever stop him. But as everyone has his own weaknesses, he too has one: girls, especially pretty ones. When with a girl, he loses any normal ability of a man...so he starts to stutter, he doesn't know what to do or to say and usually what he does or says makes him seem a stupid, he falls: a complete distaster, in other words. He has never had a girlfriend, but probably he would be really awkward with her at first, but being awkward doesn't mean not to care about a person. However sometimes he might say the wrong thing, so with him a girl should have great patience.

Relationship: Jong Up, as with the other girls, is a complete disaster, but instead of scaring her away with his ways and silly behaviours, he gets her more attached to him. Jin Hee finds Jong Up's behaviour really cute and she enjoys a lot being with him, so she tries to stick with him as more as she can. However they are both really awkward when coming to "feelings" so...who will be the first to confess?
