*Anything else?:

  • Saeyeon has long, naturally wavy brown hair.
  • Her eyes are gray; Saeyeon thinks that her eyes are her prettiest feature.
  • Has two eight-inch long scars on her back. They form a diagonal 'X'. The story behind them happens on her first day at the castle. Saeyeon is taken into the Queen's throne room to determine where she'll be staying as a servant. Not knowing the full extent of the Queen's wrath, Saeyeon had barged over towards her, stomping on her foot and calling her a 'Daddy Stealer'. A sadistic, amused smirk graced the Queen's lips before she grabbed her whip from beside her throne and hit Saeyeon three times. Two of the lashes were deep enough to scar. She's never dared go against the Queen again, and only talks bad about her behind her back.

So this is what you're like huh...

Personality: Saeyeon is like a puzzle: there are many pieces of her, but they all come together to form a whole. At the castle, she's very friendly and is quick to start a conversation with anyone. But not many people liked Saeyeon from their first impression of her. Saeyeon had made a big ruckus at the castle when she had first arrived. She's a bit of a drama queen, and being thrown into the living conditions of a slave when she had once been a wealthy only child had NOT been an easy transition for her. Some thought she was being overdramatic, others thought that she was spoiled. She still pays close attention to her appearance, but hates to be the center of attention. Saeyeon is the kind of servant who can go on whining and complaining endlessly, but winds up following orders anyways. She wants to be brave, but knows that she doesn't have it in her to be that reckless or free-spirited. Like pretty much everyone else, she's a prisoner to fear: and she knows it.

Saeyeon likes to make her thoughts and ideas known. But she's open to other's opinions and loves learning about new things and perspectives. People may think that being rich would have caused Saeyeon to become narrow-minded and look down on others, but she's quite the opposite. She tries to know every single thing about someone/something before making a judgement. But ironically, everyone seems to prejudge her and think that she's had a perfect life before coming to the castle because of the way she acts-like she has nothing to hide. Saeyeon also appears to laugh off insults and criticism, but secretly works her hardest to prove any negative opinions of her wrong. When she's concentrating hard, nothing can phase her. An exception, though, is when she fights: Saeyeon's always had a weak heart when it comes to violence. Although she thinks of herself as a coward, Saeyeon puts off a confident facade. But that doesn't mean that Saeyeon is hiding her true self: She really is naturally talkative and kind. It's just that she wants to appear stronger than she really is.

Saeyeon has a very active imagination and often goes out into the castle's courtyard either by herself or with Jieun to just daydream when she wants a break from her chores. One of her favorite past-times was listening to Sohee spin a fairytale out of thin air for her when she was younger. She's the type of person who blurts out things that other girls might be embarrassed to say out loud. But yet no one at the castle knows of her past or what she's been through. She's always had a very strong-willed determination about her, which people don't even suspect her to have since they see her as a girl who had been forced to change after she lost everything and became a servant at the castle.
Persona: Misunderstood Ex-Princess
Background: Saeyeon had it better than most people did in the Queen's Hellish world. Her father's family had been rich, and he had taken over the company after Saeyeon's grandfather had died. Her mother was caring, patient, and deeply in love with her husband. They were well-known in Daegu, and even beyond that. Her father was looked at with envy by other men for his mature good looks and large family fortune. Saeyeon was an only child, and lived life to the fullest, showered by her parent's love and having more than enough money. But the Queen disrupted her family's peace when Saeyeon was only six: the cold-blooded woman had taken her father away for her own selfish reasons. Word had reached her about the handsome and successful man from Daegu, and the evil Queen had decided to take him for herself. Saeyeon and her mother were heartbroken. Paranoia, stress, and bad dreams plagued Saeyeon's mother until she decided to marry another man to financially support the family. But this man was greedy: he kept the money for himself, emotionally abused or plainly ignored Saeyeon, and even cheated on her mom. It wasn't long before little eight-year-old Saeyeon was woken up in the middle of the night and dragged by her mom into the streets to run away. They had only taken the bare necessities and some money. Unfortunately, some of the Queen's men had been nearby and took Saeyeon right from her mom's grasp.

*Friends:

  • Kwon Sohee +EvoL || 17 (died 2 years ago) || deceased || Sohee arrived at the castle at the age of seven and had worked there until her death. She was very motherly despite her young age, even going so far as to tend to those older than her or those who were cold towards everyone. She had this charm that just made it easy to confide and trust in her. She had died by taking a blow for one of the other slave girls who had given the Queen attitude. Saeyeon was horrified to hear that her friend had died when she hadn't even done anything wrong.
  • Song Jieun +Secret || 22 || alive || Jieun is very quiet, and many girls don't even give her second glance. Although she stutters and it's sometimes hard to hear what she's saying, her kindness and gentleness make her a great friend. Jieun is often seen following Saeyeon around and listening to her griping and complaining. Despite the fact that Saeyeon is younger than Jieun, she protects the older girl. Jieun talks to Saeyeon, but mostly listens to her. She's very observant and intelligent.

Likes:

  • skinship- since she lives with only girls, she hasn't had skinship with a guy (yet...)
  • motherly people- Saeyeon misses her mom a lot, so other girls at the castle who take care of others are people that she would want to make friends with.
  • smiling and laughing
  • the color baby blue
  • writing- Sohee used to tell her stories at night, and Saeyeon decided to take try it herself. She has a notebook that she keeps under her pillow.
  • talking to people
  • music- Saeyeon's favorite instrument is the piano, and she wants to learn how to play it someday.
  • milk- anything that has milk in it, or just a plain glass of the drink will make Saeyeon happy.

Dislikes:

  • being dirty
  • cold weather
  • judgemental people
  • bitter food/drinks
  • unnecessary violence
  • loud noises (especially when people are yelling)

Habits:

  • puffs up her cheeks/pouts her lips when she's bored
  • blows on her hands and puts them to her face when she's cold
  • she's very animated and likes using gestures when she talks to someone; especially when she's happy/excited
  • automatically says 'aigoo' when she makes a mistake or something bad happens (ex. when she trips)
  • hums or sings while doing chores at the castle

Fears:

  • dying with regrets
  • losing her loved ones
  • The Queen (especially if she's got a weapon in her hands)
  • birds- it's a smaller fear, and for some reason, black birds seem to spook Saeyeon the most. As long as they don't come towards her, fly close to her, or (heaven forbid) poop on her, she'll be okay.

Talents:

  • very agile (fast, good at dodging)
  • weapon- samurai sword (Saeyeon wanted a relatively light, easy to handle weapon. She becomes very efficient at using it.

*Trivia:

  • Saeyeon likes to keep her hair long and her nails short
  • Since she's lived practically her whole life among girls, she's very curious about the opposite . She's always asking the girls who became servants at a later age about boys.
  • always sits and walks with a straight back; never slouches
  • bloodtype: B
  • very easily fascinated by new/unknown things, like a kid in a huge toy store
  • she has a contagious laugh and smile

Everyone's got that special someone, so who is yours...?

Love Interest: Kwon Jiyong (stage name: G-Dragon) +Big Bang
Age: 22 (Can I lower it??? He's actually 24 >.<)
Personality: Jiyong is a
tough, sarcastic, and quirky individual. He's been living on the streets ever since he was sixteen, and doesn't seem to give a damn about anything. But his life has been harder than he lets on; his parents had taken in four orphans including him and had been constantly struggling to make ends meet. He ran away with one of his 'sisters' to take care of themselves so that they wouldn't be a burden. Jiyong survived with his stubborness, but unfortunately she didn't. Jiyong doesn't like to think about the past though; he's the kind of guy to look towards the future.

Despite his sarcastic remarks and bluntness, Jiyong is a kind person who'll do anything for the people he cares about. For him, he'd rather work alone than with people who don't agree with him. He has an innate ability to quickly adapt to any situation, but he doesn't adjust himself to please people. Jiyong acts cocky sometimes and talks in a way that says, 'This is me. Deal with it.' He doesn't get angry very easily, but it takes less to get him annoyed. Music is his life. Jiyong is nothing close to a romantic, but his soft side shows through his music. He has a great ear for it and is actually a lot more understanding and compassionate than one may think. Although Jiyong does give off a bad boy vibe, he also has a playful side that balances it out. His strange personality shows in the way that he sometimes says/asks random things and has a habit of doing things to make people (especially girls) flustered.

Relationship: It all started when they first met. Jiyong had called Saeyeon princess (in that sarcastic way of his) and she was just instantly drawn to him. She can't explain why, but when he does say something nice to her or cares about her, she feels like she's just meant to be with him. It's a one-sided love in which Saeyeon does her best to win his heart. And considering her determination and stubborness, she knows that she can't, and will not, fail. Jiyong doesn't hate Saeyeon (plus, he can't help but admit that she's gorgeous); it's just that he's had way too many girls come at him too strong that he was annoyed by them instantly. But he soon learns that Saeyeon is innocently different, and he soon realizes that something about the word Princess seems to make her happy. As their relationship grows into something more, so does his curiousity of her.
Backup Love Interest: Yoon Doojoon +B2ST/Beast || 22 (Why do I like older guys so much ^^'- his real age is 23) || personality: same as G-Dragon
Rival: Shin Hyejung +AOA || 19 || Hyejung has been a servant since she was 8, arriving only a few weeks before Saeyeon. She had disliked Saeyeon ever since she had first came. Coming from a dirt-poor, dysfunctional family that had practically given her away to slavery; a family who always favored her perfect older sister, Haeyoung,  Hyejung was bitter towards the 'princess' who was the newest slave. However, Sohee had told Hyejung to not judge, that maybe the new girl wasn't as bad as she makes her out to be. But Hyejung only hated Saeyeon more as Sohee began to hang out with her as well. Saeyeon made friends a lot more easily than Hyejung, and she felt inferior once again. Hyejung began acting out and one day made the terrible mistake of blowing up at the Queen. Before the Queen's men could harm Hyejung, Sohee had taken the hit for her and died as a result. She's never been the same since. || After Sohee and Haeyoung's death, Hyejung became cold and distant. Although she had never been social and often stayed quiet, her shy and timid personality became cold and rude. She has no imagination or sense of humor and her temper flares quickly and dangerously. She spends her time alone and the other girls know to steer clear of her. Everyone knows that Hyejung has a particular hatred of Saeyeon, even Saeyeon herself, and the tension between them when they pass in the hall is almost tangible. But deep inside is just a girl who wants someone to love her, but is too afraid to lose another person that she cares about.
*Anything else?: (I'm just gonna use this as a scene request section ^^')

  • a scene where Jiyong sees Saeyeon's scar and finds out how she got it
  • lots of skinship please? :D Me and my feels for GD would appreciate it~
  • a heart-to-heart talk between Saeyeon and Jiyong
  • If you could have Jiyong say 'Why so serious?' somewhere in this fic, I would love that XD

Ready to start working...?

*Comments: Sorry if the format got weird >.< I'm not sure if it's different or not... Also, I have a question: do the girls meet their love interests after they run away? I'm guessing they're the Reds...? Oh, and don't hesitate to PM me if something's off/wrong! I tweaked my love interest's age and added a background: hope it's okay~
*Suggestions: N/A
