Age: 21 - Human ; 301 - Non-Human

Birth Date: October 30, 1991

Star Sign: Scorpio

Blood Type: B-

Occupation before Elites: Daycare Worker

Supernatural Race: Elemental

~Tell me about yourself!~

Characters Type: The Spontaneous and Rebellious Troll

Personality: Meet the girl who doesn't want to grow up; a true child at heart. Jung Hee has always moved to the beat of her own drum, and intends to keep it that way. She doesn't follow the rules; she makes her own. She never has a set schedule either; she likes to wing things and see how they turn out. These traits aren't necessarily good, but they aren't bad either. She's passionate about everything she takes an interest in, and is as stubborn as a mule. She stands by what she believes in, and once she sets her mind to something there's absolutely nothing that can change it.

This carefree nature of hers makes it easy for Jung Hee to make friends. She's quite mischevious, and likes playing pranks. She tells jokes all of the time, whether anyone laughs or not. Usually people laugh though, because she has a Happy Virus that's hard to ignore. Unfortunately, some people find her happy attitude a bit on the annoying side, and Jung Hee is too childish to stop getting on their nerves. She enjoys being a troll. When someone pisses her off, she either annoys them to death or gets even in some other, prankster way.

Like all females, Jung Hee has an attitude. It's not as bad as most, but at the same time it is. She never says anything in a mean way, she always puts a sickly sweet twist on her words, pissing off the person more. She also uses sarcasm, almost as if it's her second language. Never get into an argument with her, for she will twist your words to where you're the one who looks and feels like an idiot, not her.

~Good old times!~

History: Jung Hee was born into a family with a long line of Elemental histroy. They were practically modern royalty among their kind, and were treated as such. No one knew that she would have the power of Electricity because no one in her family possessed it and the last person who did had lived 300 years before her. So when it was discovered, it came as a big shock, (pun intended). It shouldn't have been too suprising because she looked different from other Elementals and behaved differently. She wasn't let outside much because of her power for fear that someone would kidnap her.

At age 16 (human years), Jung Hee ran away from home. How she ended up in Seoul, South Korea she had no idea. She was only thankful that her family never found her. Not wanting to go to a formal school, she continued to stay at home and study that way. She bought a black wig so she wouldn't get weird stares, but for the first few weeks she had a few people come up and ask if she was some sort of idol. Only when she was old enough to attend college did she ever step into a classroom. She received a few stares for always wearing gloves, but she pushed that behind her. She surprised people with how smart she was for being home-schooled all her life.

Since she didn't have any money when she ran away, Jung Hee had to find a job. The only jobs available were being a waitress and being a daycare worker. Since she had always liked kids, she went with the second choice. To Jung Hee it was the best decision of her life. She's been at the same job all this time, and the workers have gotten comfortable around her. It's like her second home, and she loves the children there. She feels as if she made an important mark in their lives.

Childhood: Both of her parents are Elementals, and the Moon family is the oldest family in their species, having been around for about 5 generations. Her father is actually the mayor of the Elemental community. Because of this, Jung Hee's childhood was filled with luxurious things. Her family loved her despite her odd hair color, and things went swimmingly for the first years of her life.

When she was 6 (human age), her power of Electricity developed. Since this power was so rare, her family put her on house arrest. She was to stay inside at all times, and a private tutor would teach her how to control her new power, as well as the basic elements and regular school material. Jung Hee hated it. She wished she was like her younger brother whose other pwer was Metal, something that was common among their people. Inside she stayed for 10 years, only going out when she was with her family or with a bodyguard. Her rebellious spirit grew bigger and bigger until one day she snapped and ran away.

During those long 10 years, Jung Hee found it easy to take out her anger during training. Her tutor didn't know anything about Electricity, so she was pretty much on her own for that. She learned a lot of things through personal experience and through stories of the last Elemental who possessed the power of Electricity. Her tutor did, however, know training methods for the other basic elements. She found out that Earth was her weakest because it was the complete opposite of her personality. Even after she ran away, she continued to train, in secret of course. Though the world was fine with supernaturals, she didn't want to endanger innocent people because of her lack of control on some things. She never attended school; she just simply ordered the books offline and studied that way. Her best subject was science. Being an Elemental meant that she was well in touch with nature, so it came easily for her.

Family:

Moon Jung Han || 17 ; Non human - 209 ; February 5, 1995 || Brother || 8 || He's very down to earth and rational. He's the conscience of the two, always thinking about the consequences. || He was the only one who knew that Jung Hee was planning to run away.

Moon Tae Woo || 46 ; Non human - 620 ; June 3, 1966 || Father || 5 || He has a hard time expressing his feelings, so he comes off as socially awkward. He loves Jung Hee very much, he just has a weird way of showing it. || He was the one who put Jung Hee on lockdown.

Moon Sun Ja || 47 ; Non human - 627 ; April 16; 1965 || Mother || 7 || She's very materialistic and seems to care more about her "stuff" than her own children. She has those moments where she shows her true mother side though. || She was the one who spoiled Jung Hee the most.

*Friends:

Goo Hara || 21; Januaray 13, 1991 || Waitress || Pretty well. They have a few classes together at the college Jung Hee attends. || She's quite blunt and honest, but is a good person. She's a supportive friend and is a total shopaholic.

Reason for joining Elites? Though she may not follow the rules, she's very passionate about children. The kids at the daycare where she works are both human and supernatural, and she doesn't want them growing up hating each other. A few of the human kids have had siblings bullied as well, and she doesn't want fear spreading in the daycare.

~Harry Potter!~

Character’s Race: Elemental

Base element: Electricity, as well as all basic elements.

Abilities:

Electricity - Creating and controlling electricity. A special element that few Elementals can control. Works best when there is moisture in the air or when there is stormy whether, and is her most powerful ability. It's hard to control through everyday life, so she can't touch electronical things w/o gloves on.

Water - Creating and controlling water. A basic that all Elementals know. Can't be created in dry places with little to no moisture in the air. Her second most powerful ability. Likes to combine it with her Electricty to produce "shocking" results.

Air - Manipulating and controlling air. A basic that all Elementals know. Can't create it because air is already everywhere. Her third most powerful ability.

Fire - Creating and controlling fire. A basic that all Elementals know. A powerful element in itself, but she she has touble controlling it. Works best in dry places away from water/wet places. Fouth most powerful ability. If she controlled it properly, it would be her second.

Earth - Manipulating and controlling the earth. A basic that all Elements know. Hardest element for her because it requires a lot of concentration. The most she can do is move rocks/small bolders and grow vines. Her weakest element.

Techniques:

Fog || Water/Fire/Air || Makes a thick white fog, great for escapes and quick getaways. || It doesn't last very long; at most 30 seconds.  || Once it's made it's not able to be controlled, so escape must be quick.

Storm || Electricity || When there is enough moisture in the air, she makes a giant electrical storm appear. Her eyes turn white, making her look possessed. || Causes power outages if in a major city/town. || Sometimes well, sometimes not so well. Electricity is a hard element to control in general. Bad weather makes it stronger.

Discharge || Electricty || Taking electrity into her body by touching something (anything electrical), and then expelling the energy. As she takes in energy, her body glows like a lightbulb. || Taking in too much at once goes to her brain and makes her a bit insane, or could kill her. || Not very well, so she tries not to use it unless absolutely necessary. Can be combined with Stom to become Charged Stom, a "last resort" technique.

Shelter || Earth || Defensive technique where she makes a shell around her out of rock. || It can easily be broken since Earth is her weakest element. || She has to concentrate, but builds one rather nicely.

Trap || Earth || Vines wrap around the enemy and bind him/her down. || Can be burned by fire, or broken through since she's not that strong in Earth. Yet. || She controls it very well, she just wishes it was stronger.

*Side effects: Techniques like Storm and Discharge leave her disoriented for about 5 minutes, so she can't attack.

Weapon: Metal Cables || Whip/Chain || Extremely well. She uses them as a whip and a conductor for her electricity, so it cause twice the pain. Worn as bracelets.

Back Up weapon: Twin Pistols || Guns || Well enough. She's always been facinated with guns, so why not have two? She was only 18 when she started working with them, so she's no expert.

Guardian: Tuvi || Red Tailed Hawk || No || Alright. He doesn't like her rebelliousness, but he admires her passion.

Back Up Guardian: Viggo || Gyrfalcon || No || Alright. He doesn't like her rebelliousness, but he admires her passion.

Competence:

Intelligence: 8/10

Strength: 5/10

Speed: 7/10

Stealth: 7/10

Stamina: 6/10

Endurance: 9/10

Resolve: 2/10

Intuition: 9/10

Agility: 8/10

Bravery: 9/10

Trust: 2/10

*Additional details: She can do simple things with her powers (e.g. zap someone, flick water in their face, etc. Tuvi was given to her as a gift from her grandmother. No one knows how she aquired the element Electricity. Her power is sometimes refered to as Lightning.

~I love you!~

Partner: Woo Jiho aka Zico of Block B

Age: 20; September 14, 1992

Personality: He's a genius based on human standards; but he doesn't act like it. He's a smartalic and always has a witty comment for everything. He tries to act older than what he is, which amuses Jung Hee.  He's a bit of a player, which doesn't fit his geniusness at all. He has more book sense than common sense and can be cute when he isn't too busy being rude. He's also a bit of a troll, and is known for causing trouble in his old neighborhood.

Supernatural Race: Human w/ Mind Powers

Abilities: Breaking || Telekenisis || A twist of the regular Telekenisis. Can still pick up objects or people, but can break them with his mind. So her could break a person's bones if he wanted. || Does not work if he is suddenly distracted, or if his brain is tired. || He controls is better with regular objects, not people.

Reading || Psychometry || Able to "read" and gather information from objects belonging to people (e.g. a wallet, a watch). || Works best when he knows the person personally. || Very well; this was how he discovered his mind powers.

Future Telling || Precognition || Able to see the future. || Can only be seen once decisions are made, and the future is always subnect to change. || Not able to be controlled, it just comes to him.

Relationship: A little bit of everything

Interaction: As partners, Jung Hee must act as the leader since Zico doesn't have common sense. As friends, the two prank people together and laugh about it for hours. As enemies, Jung Hee is about ready to choke him because he won't shut up. As lovers, they try to hide their affections in front of others, but it doesn't work. These are the times Zico actually says the right thing.

*Anything Else?: ----

Back Up Partner: Bang Yongguk of B.A.P

Age: 23; March 31, 1990 ; Non-human - 453

*Personality: He's very loud and straightforward, never beating around the bush. He likes to solve problems with his fists, but he's trying to control his impulsiveness. He likes to joke around a lot, and is also a child at heart like Jung Hee. Because he's matured, he understands when to be serious though, and during those situations he shows a more charismatic side.

*Supernatural Race: Shapeshifter

*Abilities:

Shift || Shapeshifting || Ability to shift into any animal. || He can't shift if he is injured and automatically shifts back to human form if badly injured. || Controls it very well, but when he's angry he tends to shift on impulse.

*Relationship: Partners and Friends

*Interaction: As partners, Yongguk is more of the leader, giving simple orders since he knows Jung Hee has the tendency not to listen. As friends, the two tell joke and can share things with each other.

*Anything Else?: ----

*Scene requests: None

~Dangerous waters!~

*Enemy/Rival: Hyuna of 4Minute

*Age: 21 ; June 6, 1992

*Reason: They attend the same college and she was the queen bee until Jung Hee showed up. Not that Jung Hee tries to be popular anyway. She was also a candidate for Elietes, but Jung Hee took that from her too.

~T.O.P is always watching you!~

Codename: Rai (pronounced RYE-ee)

Persona: Electric Princess

Position: Defensive and Offensive; prefers defensive

Ratio: She can be quite useful in battle when she actually follows the plan and if it doesn't require much physical fighting.

*War cry: None

~Don’t tell me goodbye!~

Comments: Password - Island of Arrogant Hearts

*Suggestions: Not that I can think of.

Ending: Happy endings are always nice, but maybe something bittersweet to change things up? For the whole story?

Sacrifice: Yes I would, as long as it isn't too bad. But if she can avoid death, that would be nice too.
