Goreum does not fuss much about her clothes. Though she seems to have a vast collection of skirts, woolly-knitted sweaters, cardigans, blouses, dresses and hoodies. Her choice of footwear is and will always be the same everywhere she goes: heels/platforms. She has very little tops - you could practically count them in one hand. She normally just puts on whatever her eyes first see when she wakes up in the morning. But one thing is for sure, you will never see Goreum wearing long pants or skirts that are longer than her knees.

Goreum has something against long pants or anything that covers up her legs. She dresses comfortably though she still does not fuss much about her clothes. She is the type to just stare at her vast collection of skirts, shorts, wolly-knitted sweaters, cardigans, blouses, dresses and hoodies and pick whatever she feels like wearing... even if they don't match at times.

 

—  ★ What Is _____ Like?★ —

Background: Her life, growing up, was not as fancy nor was it as horrible as some people. She went through the same typical bullying every other different girls received. Goreum was mainly bullied because of her powers; her mental and astral projection powers. Some of the people in her class/neighbourhood believed that her power was really useless and seeing as Goreum was not that good in hand to hand combat, she was often teased and mocked about it.  Not liking all of the teasing, she began to train by herself and even took Kendo, fencing and shooting as extra activities. When her powers began to develop better and she had other skills to defend herself, instead of getting praised and not seen as a failure, Goreum gets hated because her power was rather useful. Ever since then, Goreum decided that she could not please everyone and kept to herself.  Only a handful of people know Goreum really well.

Personality:  Despite her cold outer appearance, Goreum is anything but cold. She is actually as warm as a hot sunny day inside even when she rarely smiles. Being that she is over 1000 years old, she has a rather sensible look on the world and the society as a whole - she tends to keep to herself. Although she might seem disinterested most of the time, Goreum is really attentive. She is opinionated despite loving to keep to herself - the things she says has a way of staying in your head.

Though one thing that needs to be pointed out about Goreum is her disliking towards being indebted to anyone. She hates feeling like she owes people something and strives to pay them back as soon as possible. She is the type that is really determined so once she has made up her mind, it will be hard to make her discard her intentions... unless you know her one true weakness. Otherwise, everything will be in vain. Her determination is also both a good trait and a bad flaw of hers. Sometimes, Goreum is so determined to the point that she is seen as stubborn. 

Goreum is extremely loyal to her friends; even though she is not much a talker, what she lacks in the talking department, she overcomes it by her actions. As stated before, Goreum is a really attentive person therefore, she would notice when you are tired, need a shoulder to lean on, etc. She does not hesitate to help her friends out and shows benevolence to them. Goreum is also a good listener and advisor.

- Goreum literally translates to "cloud". She was given the name because of her lack of smiles and how aloof she seems to be.
- Her one true weakness is... aegyo. It's the only thing that can make her discard her true intentions and make her crack a smile.

- Every night, before Goreum goes to sleep, she would write a sentence about how she feels in her journal.

- She has insectophobia.

- It could be said that she takes after her 'family' in one way or another.

- Her powers come hand in hand.

- Another meaning behind the name 'Goreum' is how she shelters people from the blaring lights. In a sense, Goreum is like a cloud. With her powers, she is a really good decoy.

Family: Goreum lives with an old couple whose children abandoned them at a retirement home. Han Jung Hwa, 78 years old, has diabetes but that is common amongst old people. He is a lovable man, has a lot of wisdom within him. Though there are times when he would just literally forget about everything and Goreum, along with his wife, have to patiently teach him everything again.

Han So Eul, the wife of Han Jung Hwa, 70, is also a lovable woman. She hates talking about her children who easily disposed her husband and her. She cherishes Goreum a lot, treats her like a real daughter. Sometimes, she would be sad about how much Goreum cares for them (when Goreum buys them herbs, etc) and feels disappointed at her own children. Overall, her 'family' loved her and it could be said they have each others' backs.

Friend(s):  Capricorn and Leo. Although their personalities might differ big time from each other, these two have way of making Goreum show more expressions (just a couple or so other than her normal disinterested face) and they understand Goreum.

His Personality: Luhan is like the tip of an iceberg, for within him lies a powerhouse of varying talents and wonderful traits. Luhan is shy around people he is not comfortable with or has just gotten to know but with close friends, he really loves to tease them. Although most of the time, Luhan seems to put on a rather 'airheaded' expression, he is attentive and is a playful person. He loves making jokes and caring for his friends a lot. Luhan is said to be 4D too, at times. But even though he exuberates a rather 'cute' image, he can be fierce when he wants to especially when he does the things that he is passionate about, i.e. music and performing. Luhan is hardworking, passionate and a well-rounded man. One admirable trait about Luhan is his neverending determination and passion to better himself and others around him. Even though the attention follows him everywhere he goes, he would always try to share the spotlight with his friends. In short, Luhan is a humble, well-mannered and likeable man.
Why does ____ like him?:  As cliche as it may sound, Goreum actually 'fell' for Luhan when she first saw him. It wasn't love at first sight, per se but it came close to that. Goreum was fascinated by his eyes; they were a mirror to his soul and Goreum being the attentive person that she was, saw all that she needed to in his eyes. Unlike others who normally wear their hearts on their sleeves, it seems that Luhan wears his heart in his eyes. From his wonderful eyes, Goreum found that he was a really wonderful man to be around with - he somehow brings out a different side from Goreum. Although she dislikes changes, she was willing to go with the flow whenever it came to changes involving Luhan. When Goreum is around Luhan, she sometimes find herself out of her 'disinterested' expression, having small smiles on her face. It seems as if Luhan is determined to make her smile too.

His Personality: Xiumin is a man that could never really be defined. Being the oldest, he is the most matured out of his fellow friends - even if his looks says otherwise. He is a very thorough person and an attentive one too. There are times when he would act like a five year old, especially when it comes to spicy food and buns, there are times when he would be the stern 'hyung' that he is. Xiumin is a rather laid-back man for most part. He strives hard to better himself and he knows his weaknesses really well. Unlike others who would rush at a chance of getting spotlight/attention, Xiumin just waits patiently at the back for his turn. But there's just something about Xiumin that makes you want to get to know him.

Why does ____ like him?:  When Goreum first found out that she had to be around a person named Xiumin, she did not expect to see him at all. Goreum's normal 'disinterested' face immediately disappeared when she saw Xiumin with a little kid, doing aegyo. Seeing as aegyo was her one true weakness, she immediately felt drawn to his radiating cuteness. When she first get to really know him, Goreum finds out that Xiumin is actually more than meets the eyes, she began to fell for his warm personality. It seems as if Goreum forgets about her worries whenever she is around him. Although she would not break into smiles all the time, her eyes were enough to tell Xiumin how she feels.

Why should I choose you?: Personally, I think that Goreum is a different character than the rest though there aren't any specific reasons as to why you should choose Goreum. But, I would love to see how you would portray Goreum.
