ELBORATION 

Seo Hee is very calm and serene, she was neither too cheerful nor irritating, this sweet-temper of hers is isn't easily to irritate or to anger which made people if she ever get angry. Her softness attracts the most people to stay by her side as they feel warmth and comfort in her presense. However, this girl tend to be quiet and find solace in being alone but don't misunderstand her, she doesn't get intimidated when socializing, she doesn't hate the noisy crowds or get scared of it, she can tune out all of it and still find her inner peace even in the most rowdiest place (a.k.a Sixteen). So don't get weirded out when you find her sitting peacefully, calmly eating or doing something that she's curious of amidst of a loud party, she can create her own world and relax. If there's something that can burst Seo Hee's bubble, then throw a compliment, anything that praises her. She wasn't really used to hearing those.. flattering words and everyone can see her calm persona cracking under it. Therefore, she actively avoid, drawing too much attention while at it. She get slightly overwhelmed by praises and compliments and get a little embarrased. She doesn't reject it but she will try her best to accept their words in a modest manner. 

If they think that a calm and serene person like Seo Hee will only stay in one place, then they are wrong. She was born with a thirst for knowledge since young. If there is something that piques her interest, then that will surely lit up the flame under that peaceful expression of hers. But if they look more carefully, they would see a twinkle in her eyes, sparkling as she found her new target. "Learning is a lifetime process," that quote perfectly applies to Seo Hee. Once the fire has started, it will be difficult to douse it. That says, once she started something she really like, she won't stop until she satiated her hunger of learning. With this kind of behavior, Seo Hee gained a lot practical knowledge and accumulated some experience despite her young age. People can consider getting some advise from her.. with discretion. Very creative and resourceful, she may not be good at pencils or that thing called drawing, but she's definitely great with her hands. That used paper that they called trash can turned into an art in Seo Hee's fingers, or if she's lacking in one thing, she can improvise a material, that's how resourceful her mind is.

She isn't greedy, selfish or whatnot. This girl has the heart of a golden buddha, if someone sincerely need help, Seo Hee is very much ready to help them out without hesitation, whatever situation they are in. Just helping others give her so much happiness in her heart. She's very giving of what she had, material things or not, especially time and effort, she is ready give it all. As Seo Hee is akin to a female buddha with a heart of gold, this made her be taken advantage of, she will brush off any criticisms or insults thrown towards her and was not even willing to stand up for herself and just remain passive. Seo Hee can be very thoughtful, thoughtful to a fault, always taking note of others feelings and is cautious of hurting them. She thinks twice before saying or doing something since she does not want others to be hurt. She is quick to help others, just as she is quick to avoid conflict. She dislike confrontations and is perfectly willing to compromise or to deny her own needs in order to get along with others. If there's one weakness that is really obvious to Seo Hee and acknowledged, then its her being so indecisive, decision-making is painfully difficult for her, suddenly there's a lot of things she had to consider before making a decision and if she even made one, she felt unsatisfied and conflicted since she believed that she had poor decision-making skills. Hence, she takes time when making decisions and will deliberate on all the possible choices that's why prefer to let others to take the lead.

BACKGROUND 

Born in the mountainous Gangwon-do province, Seo Hee's family was quiet rich.. in food, her grandparents have a potato farm and her parents has a locally famous restaurant in that province. She's the second child among the four, she have an elder sister who's a year older than her, a younger sister who's two years younger than her, and finally the youngest, a brother who is eight years younger than her. To break the cliché, Seo Hee wasn't the black sheep or the neglected middle child unlike the other second-born children. 

Seo Hee was more of the Golden Child of the family, beautiful with a heart of gold. She's smart, kind and pretty much reliable, to the point that she's acting like the eldest child of the family. Her elder sister is childish, her younger sister is like the black sheep, the youngest brother was spoiled rotten.. and she can't help but to be matured enough to take care of her three siblings while her parents and grandparents were away to do their jobs. It's quiet burdening to carry those three dumb siblings but love conquers it all. It was a relief for the family that Seo Hee is a generous and helpful child, she likes to take part in household chores, assist her grandparents in tending the potato farm, or learning things just to help her siblings in their school. Speaking of school, the teachers and her classmates loves her, who would not love a smart yet helpful student?

Being too curious and someone too helpful, Seo Hee could not frankly reject her teachers and classmates when they asked her a favor. They would be asking her to join this club, that club, ask her help for this and that. Until they gradually notice that Seo Hee has a talent for dancing, watching her do a musical performance, cheerdance or even in dance competition. Which the latter had no idea and even didn't believed when told so. Seo Hee just dance.. because she liked it and she was doing a favor for others, but her teachers and schoolmates were persistent in throwing praises at her. The thought of being an Idol didn't even crossed her mind.

As Seo Hee graduated from Gangneung Middle School, the whole family decided to go to Seoul and accompanied Seo Hee and her elder sister to enroll in Ehwa Girl's Highschool to broaden their prospects. After enrolling both girls, the whole big family decided to have a lunch, but while doing so, they were approached by a Pledis scout, who's interested in scouting Seo Hee (because she's pretty). Surprisingly, her parents and even her grandparents were willing to let her join pledis, however, Seo Hee was a little bit reluctant at the thought of being an Idol as she believes that she's not extremely good at dancing or singing, but her parents was adamant in making her try.

"What's wrong in trying? If you don't like it, then quit after a few months." - Her 'supportive' parent's words of wisdom. 

LIKES
► Sweet and salty foods, such as dark chocolates, strawberry flavored desserts, salted fries and salted potatoes?
► PORK, who would not love it? She loves korean pork belly.
► She like fruits so much (except sour) her favorites are avocadoes and mangoes.
► Summer! Everything that is related to sun.
► Cats over everything. 
► Water. Stay hydrated, drink water girls.
► Favorite girl group is Red Velvet, she loves Seulgi. 
► She like dark and soothing colors similar to the shade of night sky.
► Pastries.
► Seo Hee has a weird attachment with Cactus, she loves plants but it is her favorite plant and she have no idea why. Someone said that, both needs sun to live lmao.

DISLIKES

► Spicy food, her tongue is too sensitive for that kind of monster food. Once she eat just a little spice, her eyes will tear up immediately.
► Horror and gore movies. It's ugly, Seo Hee said.
► Contact lenses.
► Cold weather, late autumn and winter because she's really sensitive to the cold.
► Carbonated drinks, she felt burning once she drinks those.
► And no to coffee, sorry. 
► She isn't fond of going to movie theaters, because 1) It's cold, 2) Dark, 3) She will definitely fall asleep fast.
►Shopping, that..thing..makes..her..feet..hurts.
► Getting sick, she feels icky, she wants to get better as soon as possible.
► Seo Hee doesn't really hate it, but she hopes that she won't ever do an aegyo. 

HOBBIES

► Sunbathing under the morning rays. Very relaxing.
► Walking, she just wanted to stretch her legs out.
► Handicrafts, this hobby gives her so much peace of mind and focus, once she started in creating a handicraft, she will finish it until the end.
► Household chores a.k.a cleaning, is just a second nature to her.
► Reading, if there's no sun and she can't walk outside, chores are already finished, then she might well just read. She tend to read short poem and stories.
► Writing, Seo Hee can't just stay still whenever she got an inspiration. She also likes to write poems, though it seems only a few members knew it.
► Visiting Cat Cafés, caaaaats.
► Eating out.. alone. Nope, that's not weird. It is just Seo Hee. 

HABITS 

► Whenever she was shy and nervous, her right hand would go up to her neck and touch it, or pull her right earlobe softly.
► Has the bad habit of staring intensely at people, that's because her eye sight is poor and she had to stare longer in order to recognized that person.
► She would definitely shower before going to bed, this the habit that she would not break.
► She's not a neat-freak, but she likes cleaning things up.
► Drowning herself in her deep thoughts, you may found her suddenly stop at the middle of the pathway or bump into someone.
► She would subconciously hold into someone when walking, grab to their arm, or pull at their sleeve or shirt. Fortunately, she would only do this if she felt safe and comfortable with them.
► She will hug anything close to her while sleeping, pillows, stuffs or even a person.
► If Seo Hee saw a cat, she would definitely give it a pat or hug it.

FEARS

► Don't ever make Seo Hee watch horror or gore movies, or anything that is related to horror, horror games or even just the sound and audio of sa horror movie. She'll definitely have horrible nightmares at night. 

TRIVIA ► Seo Hee transferred from Ehwa Girls Highschool to Seoul Arts Highschool.
► She wants to go to college after and take up Literature.
► A consistent top student, said by her teachers and classmates.
► Believe it or not, she haven't dated since birth. 
► Kind of rich, but she had no idea, so she's very generous and not stingy.
► Seo grandparents have a potato farm and her parents has a local famous restaurant in Gangwon-do.
► If they still haven't figure it out, yes she's a great cook. Yum.

► She's scared of contact lenses because she felt like she's going to be blind once it was put on her eyeball. 
► She's suffering from poor eyesight makes her ear quite sensitive to people's voice. She'll get to recognize the owner of the voice for the second or third time she heard it.

► Yeah, she likes to clean.
► Her hands is the first part of her body to get cold and really sensitive, so she kept rubbing her hands when's cold. 
► Seo Hee said that her nervousness disappears when she sings, so whenever she's nervous, she'll sing quietly to soothe her nerves. (Idk but this is  effective for me)
► She gets too excited like a child when she saw cats or cactus, and hell she doesn't care what would others say about her when she is in that MOOD. 
► She's slow in memorizing a choreography, but she hardly make mistakes once she got it! and Seo Hee tend to be perfectionist and strict with herself when it comes to dancing! Even the others may say that her dancing is all good, she'll still diligently practice alone, in order to satisfy herself.
► Has a weird preference when eating beef. When eating beef, she won't pair it up with white rice but a boiled potato.
► Did I mentioned that she wasn't good at using chopsticks? Yes, she is.
► Seo Hee gets full easily, but she eat like five times a day.
► Prefers to make her own snacks, preparing salted chips, fries or pastries.
► If you offered her food, she will eat it, she don't reject food unless she was in a very bad mood.
► Speaking of water, she love anything to do with it. She loves swimming, even showering and bathing, she takes so much time with that. A freaking mermaid.
►  Seo Hee doesn’t believe that ghosts are real but is scared of watching horror and gore movies, because she found the actors faces are ugly and horrendous to look at.

(I'll just make it light and fluff, don't really want to make it serious).

2016. It was just really a very little interest at first and slight admiration. He's very hardworking and passionate, Seo Hee wonders how much talent he had in that small body of his. She thought how much similarities they have in terms of behavior and interests yet contrasting difference at the same time. When she learned that Woozi's already making music when he's barely 18 years old, that triggered Seo Hee's curious-mode. "How did he do that?" It is just amazing that Woozi is already making his trademark before his debut? Yeah, you're right Seo Hee. When she learned something new about him again, it just really surprised her and slowly increasing her amazement towards him.

2019. When Mingyu became her mentor and they slowly got comfortable to talk to each other. Mingyu noticed that whenever he mentioned his Woozi hyung, Seo Hee's eyes became more lifer and swear that he saw a twinkle of interest on it (Seo Hee is just really curious). Instead of being straighforward, he's tried to probe first because he needs to be sure first.

1st strike:
"Don't be too serious, smile more, you becoming like Woozi hyung." Mingyu commented.

Hee suddenly let out a small smile "No, he's different." 

, Hee smiled? Why? That's weird.

2nd strike:
"I was thinking, I wonder if Woozi hyung will try to make a song for the girls.." Mingyu was about to continue, when Hee happily looked at him with twinkling eyes.

"Really? It will be wonderful if he ever produced a song for us." Hee chirped cheerfully, not noticing Mingyu's suspicious look.

3rd strike:
"You should eat." Mingyu's word was almost incoherent as he spoke while munching a spicy chicken. 

Hee shook her head, "I can't eat spicy foods," she declined politely. Mingyu flicked his eyes in realization, not even bothering to ask why she can't eat spicy foods, he spoke to the point. "You're like Woozi hyung."

Hee looked at him and curiously asked, "Oh, why? Is his tongue sensitive too?" Mingyu squinted his eyes and replied, "I don't know." 

Mingyu swears that he saw the sparkles in Hee's eyes diminished when he gave a disappointing answer. 

4th strike:
Mingyu was rapping some unknown song to Hee. Even though she didn't know that song, she appreciated it. "Is it good?" Mingyu excitedly asked.

"Yeah, what song was that?" Hee casually asked since she haven't heard that song. Mingyu quickly pulled out his phone and fiddled with it, after a few second, Hee can heard a unfamiliar song playing.

"Listen to this." Hee obediently nodded and waited for the vocals to start. As she heard the singing voice, Hee gave Mingyu a look and realized something.

"That's Woozi-nim's voice right? Why I only heard it now? Is this a demo song? Is this your new comeback song?" Mingyu only wanted to hear some advices on his rapping, but he forgot to tell her that it's a demo song. However, he's surprised from the flood of questions that came from Hee.

"Shhh, yes, it's will be our comeback song but we're still haven't recorded it yet.. how did you know it was Woozi hyung?" Mingyu expected an answer along the lines of 'duh, because he's your producer', but Hee's answer was out of his expectations.

"I know his voice, I memorized it." Mingyu was dumbfounded by her response. 

5th strike:
Mingyu smells something really fishy, so he was preparing some moment before mentioning his Woozi hyung infront of Hee, so he can properly studied Hee's behavior.

Mingyu started, "Do you know that Woozi hyung.." He almost flinched by the intensity of Hee's eyes on him, she quickly put her complete attention on him with twinkling eyes seemed to tell 'Say it, say it, say it.'

"Woozi hyung has classical music training before, he knows how to play instruments, piano, clarinet and even drums." Mingyu said while trying to put a look fawning on his face and changing his tone of voice that he was 'fanboying' over his Woozi.  hyung. It was quite convincing, yet he forgot that Hee can't really see his expression because of her poor eyesight.

Mingyu observed how Hee attentively listen to his words and he got shocked because of her next actions. 

"Wow.. he's really that amazing.." Hee's mouth gaped a little in admiration, she also clapped softly and her expression is of a proud one! 

Never did she openly expressed like that, Mingyu thought.

Last strike:
He is almost sure, that Hee has something for his Woozi hyung, he just needed to confirm it. 

"Hey Hee, Woozi hyung's cute right?" Looks like Hee doesn't question his sudden throw of questions whenever he mention Woozi. 

"Uhm.. his height is cute but overall he is cool." Mingyu almost heard Hee cooed or it was just his ears playing tricks on him. 

"He's cool?"

"Yeah, he's cool and amazing."

"Cool and amazing?"

"Also talented." It was three adjectives in a row! Does it mean it is three confirmations? 

"You like Woozi hyung, am I right?" 

Hee's smiling face crumbled under his words and gave him a deadpan expression. "With how your tone sounds like, it's a no. Please don't misunderstand." She calmly said, because it was just really a misunderstanding.

'My Woozi hyung will not be a motae solo (Solo since birth) anymore!' Mingyu cheered himself as he imagined a lot of scenarios.

Mingyu will volunteer himself to be the cupid, the wingman and the bridge between the two. He will always find a way to get two closer to each other. He will sneakily mentioned Hee infront of Woozi while he blatantly spoke about the latter infront of Hee. Despite being discreet at first, Mingyu was soon found out by s on what he's trying to do, and some of them will also try to help. 

Of course, the lover boy will also found it out and will quite pissed off at Mingyu since he thought that he was making trouble for Hee. Woozi scolded them to stop and once tried to apologize to Hee but he only got a great surprise after that.

"Hee, I'm really sorry, Mingyu is causing you too much trouble, I don't know what got to that brain of his." He sighed and pinching the bridge of his nose, he felt like punching Mingyu.

He's a little bit bothered by the awkward silence and Hee's neutral face. He stared at her and sighed again, he was about to speak again when Hee held up her hand, signing him to stop.

"It's okay, it's not really your fault, you don't need to apologize." Hee responded.. with a blank face which made him feel more unease. He felt more awkward and spoke an apology again.

"I feel like he will still continue to cause trouble, so I'm apologising in advance." Woozi was caught off guard when Hee suddenly smiled at him and shook her head a little. 

"Actually, it's my fault, he completely misunderstood my admiration towards you." Woozi processed Hee's words and he became stunned when he realized what she really meant. But he could not believe it, admiration? 

"Admiration?" Woozi unknowingly spoke, still in quite surprise. This girl, Seo Hee, admires him?

"Yes, you are really amazing so I was really curious about you since then so I was enthusiastic when Mingyu-nim mentioned you everytime." That was the first time Woozi saw a natural smile on Hee's face.

He froze and held his breath, he suddenly feel the blood rushed up to his cheeks, his heartbeat increasing and hands clamming up. 

Hee's words kept ringing in his mind until the end of that day. 

Everytime he sees Hee, Woozi will remember her words that made his ears red, made his stomach feel butterflies (he called that stomachache) and his heart flutter. He wants to go away yet also (lowkey) looking for her.

There is one thing he's sure of. He felt like punching Mingyu.

ENDING Seventeen and Sixteen discovering the 'thing' between Woozi and Seo Hee, acting like it was an open secret, working behind the scenes  to tease the two together.
