Hi! Is there any HKers here? 
I'm planning to travel there on the end of September. Does someone know the best place to stay? I'm eyeing somewhere in Tsim Tsa Shui (Chungking Mansion/Mirador Mansion).

Second, does anyone know where to read the real time news about the rally? 
We won't go near the rally point because the police just blindly "spray" tear gas and sometimes they even used violence to the people. I can speak and read chinese so it's okay to recommend me local HK news portal (but I can't speak cantonese :( ). 

Third, is it safe to wander around at night? I wanted to go to the night market or even bar at night.
