everybody in namseon knows if you have a problem you can't solve, find han sori. she is the embodiement of the phrase "get done". han sori knows how to respond to delicate and difficult situations in a respectful yet firm matter that actually bares a solution. she is respectful and always sure to present a well-cultivated image of prim professionalism. an expert at negotiating and getting people to put aside their differences and compromise because the show is the most important goal, she shows people that she cares but refuses to take sides. she is assertive when it comes to laying down the expectations of committing to a show, and is able to communicate clearly. her form of assertion is peaceful, lowkey, and based upon justice. sori refuses to let any entitled actors run over her, and she is always able to firmly direct everyone's attention back to the rehearsal at hand. since she is in charge of keeping everyone on task, administrational things, providing material, han sori has a lot to keep track of. everything has its place and she thrives off of finding that place where a certain thing fits. sori is in charge of making the master schedules and contact lists. if someone throws off her well-organized system, expect to meet her wrath. in addition to having common sense, han sori is good at looking ahead and planning with careful consideration of the future. very down to earth, sori only messes with things that are practical and possible. her voice often resounds as the voice of reason, sometimes even with miss park. she's incredibly good at listening and observing, or in her words, really knows how to keep shut and her ears open. sori is always somehow very alert considering the amount of sleep she gets, and pays very close attention to the things going on around her. not only attentive to tasks and things that need to be done, han sori is surprisingly attentive to the needs of others around her, especially the other members of the theatre club. she knows when someone is having a bad day, or knows when someone is going to be extra annoying, and she quitely has things ready for an inevitable breakdown and is always around to provide a firm shoulder to cry on and a subsequent unimpassioned pep talk.
even though han sori's job is to bring order to chaos and even though she is for most intents and purposes, very professional and orderly, she is also one of the most chaotic beings to ever grace namseon. you can never tell what she's going to do next or where she is going to go. for someone who is so level headed and professional, han sori is actually a real jackass with serious impulse control issues. she's always yelling or doing the most unnecessary , laying out truths that no one asked for, or just doing whatever the hell she wants. because a lot of what she does is focused on routine, she gets bored with it and acts out to try and keep a balance. it is a bit hypocritical in a way because if someone else did to han sori what she does to everyone else, she would be endlessly irritated with them. and that is what she is, endlessly irritated and frustrated with just about everything. her eyes are rarely soft, because she's so busy judging everything and everyone around her. she doesn't always share her criticisms, but she has them about everyone. every move and decision someone makes, every word that comes out of their mouth, every small movement is noticed by sori and then she makes judgements based on them that she is very hard to convince otherwise of. she makes the fast decision that no one is as capable as her, simply because of a small error in misspeaking or a split moment of clumsiness or forgetfulness. han sori is very difficult to please, in fact, some of the drama club members consider her impossible to please. she always points out things that aren't up to her standards, in what comes off to others as the harshest way possible. sori has a hard time giving praise to people, especially people who fail to do things her way. very power-hungry, sori likes to be in charge of literally everything down to the smallest detail. she hates delegating, especially to people she feels like aren't capable. not having control over something is actually terrifying to her. she's very strongly opinionated and every opinion she has is the truth, anyone who says otherwise is a goddamn fool who is not to be trusted. she's self-righteous and never sees herself as in the wrong. han sori does not like having emotions, she does not like showing emotions. for all intents and purposes she does not have emotions. she hates all that sappy sympathetic bull, she hates pity. sori suppresses all of that outside of theatre and only expresses it in the lowest of keys. in fact, theatre club is the only outlet for her emotions and the only environment in which she allows herself to be vulnerable, which is why she has such a need for control when it comes to theatre club. she hides any pain and hurt she has with productivity, her inner feelings are guarded by routines and restraint and she often does a shod job at dealing with feelings.
