Background Hiroe Chizuru was born in Aichi, Japan on September 7th, 1994. Growing up for Chizuru’s childhood was pretty normal. She was an only child to two working class parents, so she would often spend extra time at daycare or school. From a young age her mother decided to throw her into dance classes as an extra distraction as her mother and father were often working long ours. She would often go over to her next door neighbours after school to have dinner and stay with them until her parents got home. Even though the neighbours children (Yudai and Misako) were five years older and two years younger respectively, she still managed to get along with them well and ended up seeing them more as siblings than friends as their families would do everything together.

As she got older, Chizuru started taking more and more dance classes, learning any type of dance style she could. She slowly became a jack of all trades when it came to dancing and it was often all she could think about. When she entered middle school, she ended up joining the dance club and often had a major hand in choreographing dances that the club would use at competitions with great results. Chizuru spent all of her free time with the dance club and her parents started to notice and started to really realise how talented she was. So, when Chizuru was fifteen and talking to her parents about her future, they asked her if she really wanted to pursue dancing and asked if she would want to move to Tokyo to have a better chance at it. Chizuru was shocked but obviously said yes.

After Chizuru had moved to Tokyo with her mother and father, she joined a dance company and started to work much harder when it came to dancing and before she knew it she was offered a job as a part time instructor. Over the next three years of her life, Chizuru managed to graduate high school and lock down a job at the dance studio as a full time instructor and trainer. She ansi decided to enter university part time as a dance major. Her life was going just as she wanted it to and she could not have been happier. She had her dream job, she was enjoying her studies and her childhood friends had also moved to Tokyo not long after her, until one day she was convinced to audition for a hello project group by Misako. Chizuru never thought she would get in and wanted to audition just to make her friend happy but when she was chosen she was in shock. After spending time thinking about it, Chizuru decided to join Hello! Projects new group.
