Withered Lonely,Self depreciating,Over-compensation,Attention seeking

○ Luna Sidana, the girl that hard to miss and even harder to forget. To the untrained eye Luna is the bubbly girl whose everyday life seems to be filled with rainbows and unicorns. Although this could be partially true because the girl does have a odd interest in unicorns, but thats besides the point. Her story is a bit different from the average Rosenberg teen, i suppose its a good thing she's good covering things up.
○ Luna is Roosenberg Academy's resident happy virus. Its not rare to see her excitedlty chatting up with just about anyone who will listen, its often said that conversations with luna can go on for hours because she seems to just never run out of energy. Most people just find a solution by simply walking away sometimes, although she cant says she's too fased because she'd be on to her next target before they can even get down the hallway. Conversation with her is hardly every boring because she fills any spots where there would be awkward silence with her jokes, whether they're lame or actually funny, she's going to make you laugh-or at least chuckle. She's knows first-hand what it feels like to feel like the odd one out so she tries her best to make friends with every person she comes across. Even the people where its very obvious they want nothing to do with her constant energy, she still tries. 
○Luna is probably the most organized person you will ever come across, she spends at least fourty dollars at the beginning of every year on new pens and a top of the line 18-month planner (stickers included). You dont want to think about what she reciepts from the local office store looks like when back-to-school- season comes around. Just know that she's knows the exact date when the back-to-school promotions go up. Its a plus for her student leadership members because they know they dont have to deal with remembering any deadlines or due dates.
○ Luna could be in a room full of people and still feel alone, part of this problem stems from the fact that her mother isnt exactly the best at showing interest in how she feels on a day to day basis. She's never had friends that she can exactly depend on, especially outside of school. No one she can tell her darkest secrets or to help her through the things she struggles with on the inside. Truthfully, Luna does not like herself as much as she lets on. She's constantly looking at her family and comparing them to others. Her familial background being one of the most prevalent issues. To cover up for the fact that she's not even close to being satisfied with her life, she sometimes puts up a front of sarcasm. You could think of it as her escape of some sort. She uses her funny nature as a way to deflect how she really feels. Its unfortunate that she feels that she has to cover up how she truly feels just because she doesnt want to be a burden. When truthfully all she desires is for someone to see the truth behind the smile that sometimes doesnt reach her eyes.

"What are you running from?!"

"Myself! Every single day I wake up hoping,praying,wishing that im NOT Luna, the korean girl who lives in Roosenberg, has one parent-who's not korean by the way, and im constantly just trying to prove that my uality is not a deciding factor of my place in this world. All this sailor moon stuff just sets me apart even more, and i dont need it."

○ Luna has tons of potential, however she gets in her own way by allowing her thoughts to rule her actions. Her biggest aprehension behind being a guardian is that she feels she doesnt need another thing in her life to make her any different than she already is. Her home-life and personality does that job just fine. You would think that she would be the first one to want to be apart but she truthfully doesnt. She has yet to deal with the fact that she hasnt come to grips with the fact that she's adopted,even though its been 18 years since that day. 
○Her true issue is her hate for being different, she wishes that somehow, someway she can wake up a different person with a different life. As much as she loves her mother she can't help but have this curiosity about the parents that never wanted her.

⟪ BACKGROUND ⟫
"Ya know sometimes on those school surveys i really want to say that im 90% indian 10% korean"
○Luna Josemarie Sidana is the apple of her mother's eye, and has been since that faithful day that Annas Sidana walked into the roosenberg adoption center at 24 years old looking for someone to share her life with. Now obviously it was a bit weird that someone as young as herself was already looking to start a family, especially on her own. However Annas Sidana is a determined woman and when she wants something, she goes and gets it. Every single day she remembers looking at the newborn baby who had just about no hair and falling in love immediately. She can remember the joy that she felt when she realised that this baby had yet to be named. With all the love and joy in her heart she named this little girl, Luna, after her love for the moon, Josemarie Sidana. 
○Luna was a rambunctious little scamp if there ever was one. She started talking and walking, early might i add, and was all over the place. There was never a dull moment in the sidana household. Luna was always breaking something around the house and pretty soon her mother knew not to invest in anything glass because it would soon reach its end by the hands of little Luna. She was the most energetic little thing if her mother did see one, not to mention her knack for taking things apart and trying to put them back together, oh and her strange love of poptarts as well.
○As luna reached her early teens,she never calmed down and still was always getting into something, she started taking interest in the home remodeling shows. She was constantly begging her mother for new furniture and trying to get her mother to see the 'big picture'. Her quest for furniture always came to an abrupt end when her mother would tell her no, so she had to settle for 're-decorating' their home with the furniture that already had. Which just included moving the furniture around. Whenever she got tired of the setup, which was quite often, she would just change it again. Thus her love for organizing things.
○When Luna got to Rooseberg Academy she learned two things about herself. Number one, she knew she had to join the student leader ship commitee.Number two, she had developed her very first crush,on this female senior in the Student leadership.Her uality is something that has not been easy for her to comes to grips with,she has wrestled with it since her freshman year.Especially when she was at the house of her tenth grade crush, adelaide winters, when the two kissed and her mother walked in the room.Luna was then asked to leave and she had endure a very awkward car ride from adelaide's father to drop her off at home.Despite the fact that the two never talked again after that night, getting an F on their project, adelaide moved away that summer and Luna hasnt heard from her again.This was even more reason why she was not ready to come out to her mother or anyone else for that matter.For now, her uality remains uncharted territory. 
○When luna discovered the other side and the heart she was the most hesitant, which was a surprise to the other girls. Her irrational fear of being judged because of her differences taking total control. Now she cant lie and say that she wasnt fascinated because this seemed like something straight out of the newest powerrangers movie but still, she definetely didnt want to be known as the hyperactive lesbian power ranger, or whatever they are. 

she has always dreamt of having super powers though, sailor moon was pretty lit.
⟪ HOME LIFE ⟫
"What movie are we watching tonight?"

○Luna and her mother live in a one-story cottage style home that seems to have fallen straight out of a storybook. Most nights are spent with luna at home and her mother annas working the graveyard shift at the hospital.Most nights Luna leaves her mother dinner in the microwave for her to re-heat when she gets home. On the occassion when her mother isnt called in to work, which is normally on the weekends, the two take advantage of the little time they do get to spend together. Often with movie nights or nights out on the town after visiting some fancy restaurant. With annas focusing on her career so much she doesnt really have a love life, something Luna has been urging her to get. Annas on the otherhand, thinks that all she needs is her little luna and her life is perfect.

Luna walks in the kitchen with two pairs of her mother's shoes in her hands, "would you like your shoes arranged by brand,style,print,or texture?"

Over the year Luna and her mother annas have started to grow farther apart. With her mother working late some nights they dont get to see each other as often as they would like to. It is obvious that the two love and care for each other very much,however with her mother not always being at home luna often doesnt share how she really feels with her mother.Despite the fact that she loves her mother very much and would do anything for her she cant help but wonder who her biological mother is, and that's annas' biggest fear. More than that however, Annas is waiting for the day where Luna comes out to her, She's known since that night she got a call from the very distressed mother of adelaide winters, telling her to keep her daughter away from adelaide.

Both Maria and Luna have known each other since freshman year and luna would probably say that maria is one of her most consistent friends. They dont socialize much outside of school but its not really rare to see them together during school.

○ She has had a very odd obsession with blueberry poptarts since she was very young, they were the only thing she actually liked when she was going through her picky eating phase as a child.
○ She has a odd fear of dark corners, especially when they are dirty, they make her skin crawl.
○ She honestly hates going over the homes of teens her age because she has this irrational fear that she's going to be pressured into taking laced drugs, she's seen those health class videos on what drugs can do to you!
○ She owns an extensive glitter pen collection .
○ She enjoys going to the movies, because for that moment she can pretty much live through someone else
○ Still has an obsession with the home design channel, she want's to major in interior design in college
○ She's been a member of the student leadership since freshman year
○ She wouldn't necessarily call herself popular but she is well known around school
○ She's a pretty good student, work smart not hard people.
○ Really wants to work at a craft shop, because that would be literal heaven for her.

HEY LUNA! YOU'RE GOING TO BE AT THE HALLOWEEN DANCE COMMITEE MEETING THIS AFTERNOON RIGHT? DID YOU EVER GET A CHANCE TO RESTOCK THE TICKETS AT THE STUDENT LEADERSHIP OFFICE? I EXPECT TO SEE YOU THERE TO SUPPORT THE SCHOOL!

Luna widens her eyes and laughs, "Calm down Maria, ill be there like always. Ive already informed the student leadership members about the tickets and i have someone printing out more tickets as we speak! Dont look so funny bunny", she laugh softly at her lame joke," im gonna be there. Besides ive got some dance moves im ready to break out.", she starts doing the sprinkler and laughs loudly.
 

YOU KNOW IT'S A COSTUME PARTY, RIGHT? I EXPECT ONLY THE BEST, DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING IN MIND?

she scrunches her nose in thought and smiles,"Well I was thinking of showing up as some time of warrior unicorn princess. The only reason for that is because i just got this new lipgloss/lipstick called unicorn tears and I wanted a reason to wear it. If my mom has any input then i'll probably show up as some up in some suit claiming to be 'a future ceo of a powerful company', but you never know!"

HEY, AREN'T YOU THE ONE WHO'S BEEN MISSING A LOT OF CLASSES LATELY? WHAT'S UP WITH THAT?

"Oh? Uh you noticed? It's just been a lot of stuff going on at home with the uhm-" she looks around and her eyes land on the sports trophy case," the sports banquet my mom and dad are throwing for me." "You dont even play sports." Luna laughs nervously, "well look at the time, gotta blast-"
 

OKAY OKAY, I DIDN'T EVEN REALLY CARE HONESTLY. JUST REMEMBER THAT IF YOUR GRADES START SLIPPING YOU'LL BE IN BIG TROUBLE!

"Well yeah Maria, that tends to happen when you miss class," she nods and laughs, "ill make sure I keep you updated okay mom."

SEE YOU AT THE DANCE, I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOUR COSTUME!

Luna smiles and starts walking backwards while walking away," see you there! Dont steal my idea okay?!"

For the majority of this im leaving this up to you but i would like to say that since her uality isnt something that Luna feels like would be accepted by her mother, she doesnt bring it up to anyone.You dont have to give her a set love interest but really i just felt like this would be something interesting to add to her character arc, i think it goes well with her fatal flaw because this is one of the reasons, why she isnt happy about who she is. Honestly if you've ever seen the newest power rangers i really think of Luna like a mix of zack and trini. Just minus the broody side of trini. Either way whatever you decide to do is fine with me. I thought it would be kind of interesting to have her kind of have or develop a crush on one of the other guardians but this is just a suggestion. :0
