Hey guys... 

You heard about the news too? Jonghyun did commited suicide in a apartment that he rented for two days. He send a farewell message to his sister and disappeared as an angel. I'm shaking while typing this. Even if it wasn't a group that I followed EVERYDAY about their activities, I was aware about Jonghyun state. Many times, he spoke freely about his mental health and he stayed in the corner of my head. Until today.

It happened so "fast". First my friends sent me a message, then I went in Twitter and then the truth. It hit me like truck. I've never been that hurt by someone I think. The saddest part is that I understand him so well. When you feel like you're trapped and that "end it all" is the only solution to you. At this moment, you do think about your most important person but you think about your constant pain and hate toward yourself that will finally end forever. You will no longuer have to hide your state behind a smile or laugh. You will no longuer have to hide your true self. 

What I'm trying to say is that if you see someone struggling , please; and seriously I'm beggin you there, please just go talk to him. A word can make a huge different and it can even save a life. A life is connected to many others one and is affected by it. 

We live in a society where mental health is not recognized yet and is still made joke. We live in a society where those who have struggle are judge as weak and mocked. Don't be like them. Don't be a "killer" Because this is what happen now. Society just killed those who are in needs. We are almost in 2018 and I doubt that something will change really ; but I really hope that it WILL change. 

Sorry, for my long blog. I just wanted to vent what was in my heart.
