Oh God this feels so weird...Hi everyone, it's Kyla, I'm not dead~

I know I probably owe everyone a huge explanation as to why I suddenly went MIA on AFF, but I have a good reason.

I'm not sure if I mentioned this before, but last year in feburary I had a car accident. I'm just going to make a long story short, it involved a pedestrian and I did not drive after for a very long time. By some miracle, she walked away with only a few scrapes and bruises, but I still fely an incredible ammount of guilt, so that's what pushed me to go off the grid for a long time. 

Then I had this...I don't really know what to call it, I got pissed and for some reason I made another account on here and started writing over on it. And no I will not be sharing it cause...for some weird and twisted reason, I like that no one knows who I am on that account. 

Later in 2016 I got my GED and shortly after got a job of which has been a crazy experience in itself [I'll more than likely make a seperate blog about that], so between work, what little bit of a social life I have, my boyfriend and such, I've had little to no time to come back and check on this account.

So yeah, I kind of just...needed to take a complete break from life for a while. But I hope to be getting back to this account possibly.

Updates! I turned 21, Cody and I are still dating [three almost four years later!], I have my job, and I recently got a car~ 

Life in general has gotten considerably better for me, and for that I am so grateful that things are starting to go at a normal rate for me. Now I just need to find a better job that will offer me more hours and pay or possibly another part time job and I'm set.^^ Easier said than done, but a girl can dream right?

Guys, the last year and a half has been insane to say the least but I wouldn't trade it for the world. I may not love everything about my life, but I sure as hell love what good parts I have and I'm so thankful for it.
