However, at age nine, his dad had an affair and left him with his mother. Soon after his parent separated, they moved to seoul and yoon started a new life there.
it would be a lie to say that the divorce did not effect him but in reality it hit him pretty hard. During his middle to early high school years, he started to rebel and skipped lots of classes. He also started to smoke and drink under age. On multiple occasion, his mother would rush from work to the police station because he was caught drinking underage. Yoon came back to his senses when his mother is suddenly sent to the hospital due to over working. This event caused yoon to realize that he should stop fooling around and get his life back together. He started going to school again, left his horrible friends and started thinking about the future.
It was during his last year of high school when he was scouted by a representative from YGKPlus due to his height and looks and thus triggering his thought about modeling. I would say that yoon isn't particularly interested in fashion at that time, but after deciding to try the audition, he begin to search up famous fashion designer and being to dress differently everyday to find his style. After being accepted into ygkplus, yoon has been a model after training for two years. he also had a few acting roles in dramas. however, he was always a small character yet, it was also because of these roles that he was noticed by the majority.
