[WARNING: LONG-ASSED BLOG DESCRIPTION BELOW. PREPARED TO BE EXTREMELY BORED OUT.]

SOOOO EXO'RDIUM HAPPENED YESTERDAY IN MALAYSIA, KUALA LUMPUR!!! [18/3/17]

It was held in stadium Merdeka, and the concert started around approximately 8 pm, give or take a few minutes. It was raining heavily the whole afternoon before, just as the forecasts predicted and to which I heavily dreaded. I reached the venue at six with a slight drizzle still, but lo and behold, there were some little stalls lining up the path up the stadium selling exo merch, official and fanmade. It was like a sight for sore eyes, no joke. All I had with at that time was a cheap con penstick and a Sehun Exoluxion baseball jersey (I didn't have a chance to get the original light stick because it was sold out nationally here, and limited in quantities worldwide.) BUT LUCK SEEMED TO BE BY MY SIDE YESTERDAY, AND THE MOMENT I LANDED EYES ON THOSE MAJESTIC, FLASHING LIGHTSTICKS, I KNEW I HAD TO GET ONE.

The lighstick was sold at rm200 at first, but due to some of my bargaining abilities that I may or may not be quite proud of, I managed to lower the price to rm80 and bought it. Once I was done, I met two of my friends at the checkpoint and handed them their tickets and I got a free slogan. I was in Cat 1, and both of them were in Cat 2, so we were separated and yes, I was alone. I had nobody accompanying me xD

I managed to get in the stadium , and the first thing I noticed was the size of it. IT WAS HUGE AF. Even though there was an hour left to the con, the capacity was nearly full and the fans had already begun chanting out and waving their lightsticks, majority of the ones seated on the upper deck. I got to my numbered seat with the help of a patron lmao. I also kinda befriended the person sitting beside me, and I learned she was from Indonesia. Despite the obvious language barrier, we had a weird way of communicating, and it was by silly giggling and laughing ;;u;; By then, the drizzle had stopped and with the encroaching night, the dazzling lights were a brilliant contrast against the midnight sky.

The still image of the exo'rdium logo on the vcr screens soon morphed into the opening vcr as it hit 8 o'clock, and immediately screams erupted from all across the stadium, demanding the exo members to be let out as the video ended.

AND THEN!!! THEY CAME OUT!!! I FORGOT WHAT SONG THEY APPEARED ON, BUT I THINK IT WAS... MAMA?? I swear I started screaming hysterically and waving my lightstick around like a mad woman, but almost everyone were doing the same. All of them were so tall, and incredibly handsome. Lay wasn't there, due to promotions in China :(( Since I was quite far from the stage and my eyesight isn't exactly the best, I had to rely most of the time on the vcr screens. All I could see of them were miniature figures xD They do look awfully small against the big stage though. One of the opening songs were Monster, and they KILLED IT. DANCE MOVES, VOCALS, RAP AND ALL. Sadly, most of the performances I had was not in picture form as I was busy recording it in video. Sorry ><

Then came the introduction, and I was super glad the cams zoomed in on each of the member's face as they introduced individually. Kai talked about his hair, how he had it dyed brown just recently to prepare for this Malaysian con. Aww Nini, he was so adorable <33

After that, they prepared more stages. Artificial Love really stood out to me (that song sounds so ual af rlly.) AND KAI!!!! And I think Sehun? DANCED WITH THE DAMN WALKING STICKS BLINDFOLDED, GYRATING THEIR HIPS SLOWLY AND GRINDING AGAINST THE FLOOR AND I-ASDFGHJKL. More performances and screaming ensued after.

There was another vcr, as there was an outfit change backstage. They performed Transformer, and the dances were so slick and smooth. Chen's high notes killed me every time. I love his voice so much. There was also danceline breaking out their moves, and I was quite saddened that I couldn't see Lay dance. But Kai and Sehun made up for it lol. They performed Overdose, and the crowd was so hyped, singing along. When a few of the members came out after yet another outfit change, they informed us that Xiumin's birthday was on the 26th. We started singing the bday song before but SUHO TOLD US TO "CALM DOWNNN, NOT NOW!" BUT BOIIII HOW U EXPECT US TO CALM DOWN?!? but we celebrated it by singing it right after he came on stage, in Korean and English. Poor Mandu was so shocked and shy, he kept hiding his flushed cheeks. He then said it was the first and earliest greeting he got, since his bday was just a few days away.

Then they had this small interactive session with the fans, and as the fans chanted each member's name, they had to sing for us. Kai ended up doing aegyo first, but by popular demand, he did it twice. Then we started cheering for Suho and Chen. They both sang a Korean song. D.O and Sehun were just speechless as we mentioned their name, and Baekhyun ended up singing for so long the rest of the members told him, "It's enough!" in a joking manner xD

They performed Love Me Right, 3.6.5, Tender Love, and a few others. At Lightsaber, all of them danced with, well... lighsabers xD And SeKai as usual were killing it with their colourful sticks. All of the stages were lit, with fireworks, pyros, hazy fogs and lightings.

There was a vcr where they all were dressed up as little elfs? Dwarfs? Pixies? Lol idk but right after that, they appeared in the same costume and IT WAS SO CUTTTEEEE.

There was once Chanyeol played an electric-guitar version of Growl, rapline rapping and an interactive stage where exo taught us phrases to sing along, and such. Then the stage darkened, and all of us thought it ended already until we chanted exo's name over and over again and they appeared for the final segment.

They closed it all off with Lucky One and Lucky, two happy, cheerful songs.

The members said their final words and thanked us for coming, meanwhile Chanyeol was doing this silly little dance, waving his shirt around (but he got scared then because there was a bug. So cute~) 

Exo. You promised you would come again someday and so we shall make our promise to you too. I really had an enjoyable time and honestly, there was never a moment I felt bored out. There was so many cute and y moments but I think I had left most of it out hehe. But also, I FINALLY MET SEBOOTY WOO-HOO!!!

Well that's it lmao. Such an abrupt end to a looooong post, I know. Sorry~ I hope you had fun reading this. (who am I kidding? Of course not.)
