personality : chulsoon is the typical charming heartbreaker whom you'll think is nice at first because how can someone with those kind of dimples and sparkling eyes do you any wrong? you probably won't know he's using you until he gets bored and discards of you. He does get bored very easily and is known to be very fickle, always choosing the option that would benefit him most once his current option is starting to get in his way. Since he almost always gets what he wants, it has resulted in him having a big head and being over-confident of himself. he believes that he deserves everything he wants and has, even if it's not the case. since he was born into a family with a wealthy background, he grew up being fed with a silver spoon so it's no surprise that he's ver y dependent on other people to do things for him.

However, as spoiled as he is, he's also very generous which is one of the things that make people attracted to him despite his arrogant attitude. he often buys things for his family, close friends, significant other and even servants. it's a good thing he's rich, because he would have run out of money a long time ago if he wasn't. another reason why many women fall for him other than his good looks is also his ability to be very romantic. he's very big on showing off his significant other to others and giving them an overwhelming amount of affection, both publicly and privately. he'll take them to the most romantic places and do just about anything..... until he decides that he's bored of them.

due to his upbringing, he is also very idealistic which works well with how witty he is. he knows the right words to twist the situation into his favour, and he is the official mood maker of their group, always lightening the group with his optimism and jokes whenever the mood is glum.

chul soon was born to a wealthy family who have a history of riches as his paternal side owns a huge company that is very popular in other countries, most especially the western region, whilst his maternal side owns a popular brand of clothing that is all over in asia. he has an older sister, seonha, who was initially a popular ulzzang but is now a model who models for various fashion brands like korean vogue, victoria's secret, prada and etc. Sometimes he models for his mother's clothing line and does some ads and cfs for certain things too. because of this, he has gone to many different places and countries despite being young.

he is pegged as the modern go junpyo which is not that bad but chul soon thinks he's much better than him, in terms of looks and personality. he does have a couple of close friends whom he sticks to but he doesn't bully peole. he just sometimes uses some people for his own benefit, but as long as there's no physical or long-term harm to them, it's fine. he does have his limits though and his close friends are one of them, he'd never consider using them. breaking hearts' are another matter though, not that chulsoon cares.

he loves the attention he receives from everybody and though he does not admit it, he does get affected when he's suddenly not given attention to or when somebody does not like him. because he is so used to being babied by his family as he is the youngest and getting followed by his friends and servants, he subtly works hard to make whoever it is who does not like him like him.

Though he is not from a family that is as wealthy or powerful as chulsoon or the rest, he is one of the first friends chulsoon had ever made. They were paired together in kindergarten and have been inseperable since. Chul soon doesn't mind his family background and even often helps him out whenever he needs to, though hyeongjin often rejects his help unless it's something he can work for. hyeongjin doesn't say it but he does envy chul soon and the rest for their fame and wealth. he comes off as loud and aggressive, being quick-tempered and all which can be both useful and a hindrance for him and everyone else. he can also be a bit selfish but is very loyal to his friends and would practically do anything for them.

his family is a close friend of the yoons so naturally, they became close friends since they were basically infants and grew up together. In kindergarten, while chul soon was paired with hyeongjin, he was paired with seonghwan and so that is how the F4 was made. Growing up, he became a womanizer himself and often shared girls with chul soon though he made sure that his younger sister, sooyoung, is off limits to any of them as he's very overprotective of his younger sister. He is also the one chul soon pairs up with in sports when they play against each other since the both of them are the better ones at sports though haejin can be pretty clumsy at everything else. he's not exactly the brightest, but his funny antics and charming nature makes up for it.

Seonghwan is known as the more "innocent" one of the group, having had only one girlfriend in his whole life unlike the rest of them. When chul soon gets into trouble, seonghwan is the first one in their group that he calls as he is also the smartest and is able to solve their problems better than any of them. It does help a lot though that his father is in a position that is pretty high up in the law. scene.

Sooyoung, or as she likes to be called more, joy, is also a friend of chul soon since they were in diapers since she is hyeonjin's younger sister. She's very headstrong and often teases her brother and his friends. She knows very well that dating anyone in the group is off-limits, but she can't help it if she's had a crush on hyeonjin ever since he saved her from a disastrous date and didn't tell on her to her brother. She is closest to chul soon after her brother since they've been friends the longest, and confided in him with her feelings for hyeongjin so now only chul soon knows. He, ofcourse, predicts how her brother would react and feel but tells her to follow her heart anyway and let haejin it up. Sooyoung hasn't confessed to hyeongjin yet but is planning to by the end of the year, hopefully with the help of chul soon.

He does know that she has a boyfriend though it doesn't really matter to chul soon because to him, he's not doing anything to her.

She is one of the girls he gives a lot of attention to due to her interesting personality and disinterest in him, and because he's used to everybody loving him, he doesn't stop trying to impress her even when she has a boyfriend. They may not be classmates but they're still in the same school so he tries to flirt with her as much as he can when the opportunity rises.

progress : after a few big fallouts with his close friends, he comes to realise his arrogant nature and tones it down for the sake of others around him. he also learns to stop using his charms to hurt and break hearts after meeting yein.

conclusion : A huge fight with haejin and unintentionally hurting yein, he learns his lesson near the end of his time and because of his regret and willingness to push his pride away to really better himself, he gets saved and stays.

personality : she's headstrong and definitely no push-over of any rich person. she's known for her kind and friendly nature to everybody no matter their gender or background. she's also very fiercely brave and will protect everyone she holds dear and is not afraid to fight for them, even if the person she's fighting is someone powerful and has the ability to ruin her life by just saying a word. she always puts others before herself and so, even if the person has done her wrong before, she will help them. she's very innocent though and has never dated anybody before nor liked anyone because she is too busy trying to take care of her siblings since she is the oldest.

first meeting : one of yein's close friends has had a crush on chul soon for a really long time so one day she goes to confess to him, only to get harshly rejected and humiliated. this, ofcourse, makes yein angry and she immediately goes to confront him about it. despite his cool demeanor about the whole thing, he mentally takes note of her name and appearance because he finds her cute and decides that she will be his next target. he then orders his caretaker to find out all about her.

relationship : yein, an independent woman who hates people like him, of course does not fall for him and initially refuses to want to do anything with him. chul soon, not being the type to give up especially on girls who do not like him, continues to woo her. eventually, her kind and caring nature rubs off on him and he starts to actually do things for people around him. what started out as a challenge for chul soon turns out to be something more serious and for the first time in his life, he is actually seeing and feeling the world around him on a larger scale and not just the one that revolves around him. seeing his softer side, yein eventually falls for him and believes that he can improve on himself.

status : iNITIALLY A Love-hate/push-pull relationship, dating

ending : but ofcourse, with a new experience comes a new ugly head that will rear itself out of chul soon. because this feeling is new to him, he's very protective of yein and shuts down any boy who tries to come for her or to her. yein, of course, does not like this and eventually they have a huge fIGHT OVER HIM BEING TOO PROTECTIVE AND IN HIS ANGER, HE UNINTENTIONALLY HURTS HER WITH HIS ASSUMPTIONS AND HARSH WORDS. IN AN ATTEMPT TO FORGET ABOUT HER, HE GOES CLUBBING AND MEETS OTHER GIRLS BUT REALISES SOON ENOUGH THAT HE IS NOT HAPPY AND EVERYTHING ABOUT HIS LIFE AT THE MOMENT IS WRONG. BECAUSE HIS FEELINGS FOR YEIN IS STRONG AND REAL, HE REALISES HIS MISTAKE AND BEGS HER FOR FORGIVENESS AND TELLS HER THAT HE WILL REALLY CHANGE FOR THE BETTER. YEIN INITIALLY REFUSES BUT AFTER SEEING HIM ACTUALLY PUT HIS WORDS INTO ACTION AND BECOME A BETTER PERSoN, SHE FORGIVES HIM AND ACCEPTS HIM BACK JUST AS HIS TIME IS ALMOST ENDING.

how she finds out:

the first time she goes over to his apartment, she meets pluto and discovers the limitless amount of white gloves he keeps. She asks him why he has so many and why she never sees him without them. at first, he doesn't want to tell her the truth but eventually gives in and tells her the truth about who he really is. she doesn't believe him at first and thinks that he's just joking, but after realising he has a dog named pluto and the similarities between their personalities, she comes to believe him and even jokes about it saying, "so does that make me minnie?"
