This wasn't what I expected...

Just so hurt. 

I got a chance to go to my hometown after a year and a half to see my relatives. It's winter vacay.

Once my cousins and I came together in our big ol' house, after a day or two, they all left one by one and just went to different places with their other family (I understand), girlfriend/boyfriend, best friend and so on.

I was all alone in the house. I didn't sulk in tears or anything. I tried my best to understand my cousins.

They weren't thankful or happy. But I am since I got to at least see them :'(

dont sulk!! lol go out and have some fun. you'll never know when you'll be able to visit ur hometown again. soo enjoy the world outside and f ur lucky, you'll get a new friend XD

Honestly...I'm like your cousins... I prefer not to be close to my extended family no matter how close we were growing up. I skip every opportunity to be with my cousins. It's not like we're unthankful for family, well in my case, it's more along wanting to be independent

I've been there :( . I would be nice if they told you to go with them. At least you got to see them after so long. Don't be sad! Christmas is coming. I bet they'll come back :) . Sometimes people don't realize they do something bad..maybe that's the case with your cousins.
