Hello reader of this blog.

You're probably wondering who the hell Alithium is. You're probably wondering when you befriended/subscribed to this person with the weird name. I shall tell you when you did this;

When I was known as AikaHikari122.

It has been a while. There have been some ups and downs. I went missing for about 2 years. 

Maybe you noticed that my stories suddenly disappeared. I did this so that I could start afresh. They're still in my drafts -- they're not gone forever -- but they may take a while to see the light of day again. Once I have gone through my stories and figured out what I actually want to do with them, some of them may return, brand new, completely rewritten. Some may not. But I want to start again, and I want to buiild this account back up and not have unfinished stories or stories that I started in 2012 and completely forgot about (yeah I'm looking at you Nobody's Home).

Some of you may have noticed that Paper Planes was updated. It has. Kind of. It was updated to let you know that I would be REWRITTING it as Flightless. I haven't forgotten it, I just don't want to leave it in the state that its in. It needs some major editting and plot hole filling and -- well it's being rewritten, so just read the last chapter that was updated if you want to know more.

So, where have I been?

Well, I broke my laptop, so there was no writting for a while. Then, I kind of hit a slump. I didn't do anything for a while. Then, I went back to college and did an art course. Then, I left, and started searching for a job. This brings us to now. I found a part time job, which I start next Tuesday, and with that I found a new hope.

During that time I found some new interests and rekindled some old ones. I've been reading pretty heavily the past year (and I can't wait to get back to some of my unfinished books on here oh god there's so many I need to finish reading). I also started playing a lot of different games (though Kingdom Hearts is still #1). I fell out of love with Kpop, and then back into love with it. I also made some pretty stable friendships, which was something missing from my life for a while.

And I guess that's it.

This was a pretty long blog so "go you" whoever actually read the whole thing because I wouldn't have. I'm not even going to reread it for typos or spelling errors.
