PERSONALITY :　Heather has achieved quite a lot in life but she's not someone to make a big deal of her achievements. She won't mention a lot of the things she's done such as her work in the lab or her double degrees. She knows that she's not the best at everythingwhich is why she never boasts about anything. She is always grateful for everything that she has and she never asks for anything extra because even if she gets very little she is still happy and content that she has gotten anything at all. She always mentions the contributions by others instead of taking all the credit and that is why people really get along with her well.

She is so humble that it has developed into her being quite insecure about herself. She constantly worries about not being good enough for Bruce or not being good enough to the point that she worries that she might have disapointed her mother. She often thinks that the things she has done are not good enough and that she should have worked harder or done better even though she has done really well. She was often put down in college since she was the youngest and she was often picked on by the other students telling her that she's too young to be doing anything of importance and she is just going to fail like all the other 'child geniuses'. She didn't tell anyone since she thought that they were thinking the same thing so she put in extra effort to work hard and ignore the other people.

Usually hard working is a positive trait but Heather works an unhealthy amount when she gets into one of her moments. She has and will spend up to 3 days working in the labs when she wants to develope something which often leads to her skipping meals and missing sleep. She only leaves the lab during her these moments by either getting dragged out of her lab (beware) or when she ends up fainting due to exhaustion. When people can't find her they will try to find her in the lab and if they can't find her in the lab they will find her on the floor of the lab. When she comes out of her 'working trance' she faints and usually has to be put on Intravenous therapy due to how she has not gotten enough nutrition. It has gotten so bad that she had people drop by to drag her out of her lab and make her go to bed/eat. Not only does she work hard in the lab but she also puts in her 100% when she learns something new or when she has to learn about information for a mission. She would spent the night before collecting every bit of information she can and she would even sort the information into handwritten packets for each member of the team. During fights she will push her body to the limit and will not take a rest even when she is hurt.

While she does not like to take care of herself well Heather likes taking care of other people. She will make sure that everyone else is well rested or that everyone else has remembered to eat food. She likes taking care of Bruce whenever he has worked too hard in his lab. She will immidiatly help someone out when she sees that they need help and is usually the first person to know when someone is hurt and is the first one to stop a conversation when she realizes that someone else is uncomfortable. 


BACKGROUND :　Heather was raised mostly by her mother since her father was rather busy working on his scientific experiments at a lab in the avengers building. Once Heather reached the age of two it was easy to see that she had above average intelligence since she could speak at a third grade level and read just as well. She spent a long time in her mother's lab at the avenger's headquater just discussing life while her mother worked. The Avengers would often drop by and talk with her and she was quite happy. At 4 just as she was about to start school the avenger's headquater was suddenly attacked, the building collasped due to explosions. She doesn't remember how long she stayed trapped under the rubble but she remembered shouting for help until someone finally shouted back at her. She remembered seeing the light as the rubble was dug away. The last thing she saw before she fainted was a worried Bruce Banner.

When she woke up she laid in a unfamilar bed surrounded by machinary. She started to panic until Bruce ran in and was able to calm her down by telling her that she was safe in a hospital. She asked about her mother and father but was met with uncomfortable silence. She heard shouting outside the room and got scared so she hid behind Banner and listened as she realized it was captain america and iron man.
Iron Man: "What do you mean we're not going to tell her?"
Captain America: "Stark she needs to focus on resting and recovering, if we tell her now she won't be able to take it."
Iron Man: "It's her right to know Steve. I would have hated anyone that hid my parent's death from me."
Captain America: "are you ever going to let that go?"
Iron Man: "Nope"
They stopped talking as they walked in and realized that Heather was crying as she held onto Bruce.
It took two months for her to recover from her injuries but she didn't emotionally recover, she wouldn't talk to anyone and only really stuck close to Bruce since he rescued her. The problem of her adoption came up and they had thought about putting her in an orphanage but Bruce was against it since he knew that Helen would have wanted her raised with them. He decided to adopt her and everyone agreed with the decision since it would keep him rooted so that he would stop dissapearing everytime the Hulk came out.
She was raised in the avengers facilities since that is where Bruce spent most of his time (she didn't want to leave his side) (extra precautions were made to ensure that she would be safe in case of another attack) and didn't start speaking until a year after she recovered. 
She attended a private school in New York City and managed to skip so many grades that she graduated from high school at age 11 and recieved her phd in gentics as well as a phd in nuclear physics when she was 14 from then on she was working at the avengers center along side her adoptive father.
The two of them worked together in finding a cure as well as a way to control the Hulk. As a side project Heather was also trying to improve on the cradle technology her mother developed.
It was during an experiment of removing blood cells that had been exposed to gamma radition that lead Heather to the idea of experimenting with a tiny bit of gamma radition and then creating a device that would multiply the effect so the Hulk could be called to at will instead of in rage. Bruce was orginally against the idea of trying to create another Hulk but he caved in when Heather explained that it was one of the few ways the Hulk could be contained. After careful calculations Heather exposed herself to a safe amount of radition and then strapped on a device that she built that could multiply the effects of the exposure. 
To put things simply...her idea worked and she turned herself into a female version of the Hulk, the downside was that her version was simply not as strong as the orginal.
From then on it was already decided that she would be part of the new avengers so she moved her work to making uniforms as well as equipment for the new avengers.

Heather likes to dress comfortably so its usually t-shirts and jeans or shorts with sneakers. She usually wears dark colors or white and only has one or two bold items. She doesn't like wearing a lot of makeup and instead just puts on a little bit of lipstick.

Her uniform when she changes into Reaper her unirform looks like 
 (except shes blue). Her uniform is made of a special material that shapes itself to accomodate her size.

▸ Mother — Helen Cho  (Deceased) / Scientist/Doctor / polite, friendly, reserved/ she can't remember well but in her memories she remembered being close with her mother.
She doesn't remember much about he mother but she does know that her mother was really kind and answered all questions that Heather asked.

▸ Father — Phillip Cho (Deceased) / scientist / workaholic, creative,smart / not very since she doesn't remember much about him.
She only remembers that he was often working.. 

▸ Adoptive Father — Bruce Banner (50+) / avengers member/ analytical, intelligent, mild / as close as could be 
Bruce tends to be really nice to Heather due to everything that she has been through so he's lucky that shes just as nice and doesn't take advantage of this. Heather looks up to Bruce as both a father figure as well as a scientist. While in the beginning he wasn't sure about adopting her but soon they grew very attached to each other. He doesn't worry about her much since "If she's managed to stay safe while living with me then she will manage to stay safe in any situation". Heather often worries about Bruce overworking himself or not eating enough and she makes it her mission to help him out whenever she can. She likes to call Bruce papa.

Tony was the one who often dropped in to visit Helen since he felt bad about the injuries she recieved from Ultron. Tony was really worried about Heather since he also experienced the lost of his parents so he tried to cheer her up with the only way he knew how, random jokes and cool technology. Heather took a while to warm up to him but she got closer as they discussed technology and Tony encouraged Heather to work on cradle technology. She refers to him as Uncle Tony.

She grew up at the avengers headquaters so she's close to all the avengers and thinks of them as her family. She is also the one who ends up tending to serious injuries using the cradle.

Heather always looked up to Natasha since she was just "so freaking awesome".  Nataha taught Heather as well as most of the other children who spent time in the avengers headquaters how to fight.

She never quite forgave him for planning to not tell her about her parents.

They get along quite well.

She loves hearing about asgard from thor. 
Vision→ Vision
Vision and Heather often get together to talk about human nature  as well as where humanity is heading to in the future. Vision  has stated that Heahter is "one of the most intelligent humans I have ever seen"
Quicksilver→Uncle Pietro 
She sees him as the fun loving guy that loves playing pranks on the others, she does figure most of them out but turns a blind eye.

ALIAS :　Blue Devil (It came from Banner who said "You look like the devil...but blue...")
 

POWERS/WEAPONS :

▸ Transformation→ Heather developes bigger muscles, gets 2 meters tall and her skin turns royal blue. Unlike the Hulk she is able to control when she transforms by a small device on her arm that has been developed to look like a watch.It's magnetically attached to her arm by the same technology that Tony Stark used to call his armor towards him (but a bit more advanced). She has control of herself when she changes but she does get more violent due to the adrenaline.

▸ Super Human Strength →Her primary power is her super human strength. She was exposed to less gamma radiation so she is not as strong as Hulk but she is still able to rip steel as if it was paper. Her strength also goes to her legs as she is able to travel  great lengths at incredible speed and leep as high as a fifty floor building during testing. Her superhuman strength of her legs allow hher to run at speeds that are far beyond the natural physical limits of a human being. She also possesses enhanced reflexes and agility proportionate to her size.

▸ Super Human Durability→ Her skin becomes so tough that bullets just bounce off her and flames cause her almost no damage. Her bone, skin and muscles have an extreme density and she possesses a high degree of resistance to injury, pain, and disease even when not transforming due to her cells reaction to the radiation.

▸ Super Human Stamina → She has substantially greater endurance than a normal human, allowing her to run and fight for a long time without even losing her breath. Her power level does not fall even after hours of fighting. Her human form does take a toll and if fighting goes on for more than an hour she will fall asleep as soon as she turns back to her human form.

▸ Regenerative Healing Factor →Despite her almost invulnerability to physical harm, Blue Devil is not completely invincible and can be injured. However, Blue Devil's physiology has an extremely high rate of cellular regeneration. She can recover from a fatal wound within ten minutes. Her pain tolerance is also much higher when she is Blue Devil.

 

ABILITIES :

▸ Genius Intellect→ With an IQ of 210 Heather is incredibly smart (with a two birth parents that are talented scientist and an adopted parent that is as smart as Stephen Hawking it's no surprise that shes smart) She has photographic memory and remembers things that shes only seen one. She is able to quickly analyze situations and can solve any paper maze within 5 seconds of seeing it. She learns new skills very quickly.

▸ Master Scienctist→ She became a renounded scientist in the fields of nuclear physics and gentics and has advanced knowledge in gamma radiation, bio chemisty and biooragnics. Her work on the cradle that her mother invented has also given her medical knowledge and made her the semi resident doctor of the group.

▸ Martial Artist→Having lived in the avengers center for so long she had to learn mutliple self defense skills such as aikido (from Bruce) karate, boxing and wrestling (from auntie Nat). Her intellect helps her learn physical things much faster than an average person. She self taught herself kung fu as well as some acrobatic skills. She was taught to use a variety of weapons but is better at hand to hand combat.

▸ Hacker→ She's not the best hacker out there but she has enough skill to get past most firewalls without alerting the security system.

▸ Skilled Driver→ She has self taught herself to drive cars, boats, helicopters as well as flying machinery such as the quinjet.

▸ Inventor → She's likes to be hands on with her equipment so if something doesn't work well or her tools aren't good enough she will fix it herself or make something new to use. She likes tinkering around and has started to join Tony in making new weapons and other equipment for the new avengers.
