I dare someone to tell me I'm not an EXO fan. Go on, read my blog posts, go on my tumblr, read my FICS for crying out loud. I love EXO. That being said, I'm not voting for them this year. Why? Because everybody KNOWS how popular EXO is. EXO knows how popular they are. SM knows how popular they are. They make some good music, and they work hard. But they are not the only group who made good music this year. They are not the only group who worked their behinds off this year.

In addition, BIG BANG is not the only group who released music this year, and I waited since Monster and Still Alive for big bang to come back. I was NOT impressed with the MADE series. It's just my opinion but I think we could have had better from them. Like a lot of people I am VERY salty about BTS being snubbed for best dance group. I am EXTREMELY salty about how well Amber is doing for best female dance solo when HYUNA is nominated for the same category. Amber ought to have been nominated for best felmale solo vocalist but noooooooo she was nominated for best dance instead. How was this decided???

How was any of this decided?? Looking at the nominees, you'd think there's only 15 idol groups in South Korea! Something like 50 idol groups debuted this year alone and so many groups have released wonderful songs and music videos, but we're not going to see them because they didn't come from a big company, so they couldn't pay for good promotion. This whole end of the year award thing is so bogus because everyone knows that every group works hard and unless you come from a big company, your chances of getting big are slim to none. Notable exclusions are EXID for this year, and BTS, VIXX, B1A4 in the past.

I am just so salty about the whole thing. I wish I could only vote in one category but I can't, so I'm voting for basically anyone who is last place in their category. But I am so SICK and TIRED of seeing the same 6 groups/people win awards at the end of the year. This years big winners are going to be Big Bang, EXO, Girls Generation, Gary, CNBlue, and IU. iKon is going to take male rookie of the year (OPINION--SEVENTEEN WAS THE BEST). Twice is going to be female rookie of the year even though they JUST debuted (OPINION--OH MY GIRL DESERVED IT AND IF NOT THEM THEN LOVELYZ).
