What is this? Did you know that AFF is celebrating its 7th year of being up and running? Every year we have thought of ways to commemorate this special date by doing various activities.
With that being said, this year we have decided to make it all about you with these 45 questions, interview with yourself, survey, quiz—whichever you wanted to call it haha.
Why are we doing 45 Questions? Because... it's fun. Don't question.
Our theme for this year is the freesia, when given on the 7th Anniversary it upholds trust and faithfulness within a bond. The freesia is also a symbol of friendship. It was named freesia after Friedrich H. T. Freese by fellow botanist Christian P. Ecklon, as a tribute to their friendship.
This day marks seven years of trust, faithfulness and friendship with the site, it's creator and the community. As a thank you to all participants, we leave you with a thank you message from the creator of AFF himself.

I wasn't getting a very active response on LJ, but I saw that there was an active presence on AFF. So in order to get more feedback, I also began cross posting. Eventually I decided to make AFF my main base of operations.

See above. Not only do we still talk, thanks to AFF I made a friend who I will love for my whole life. I flew halfway around the world to meet her!

25. If you could introduce just one feature on AFF, what would it be and why?
You know how some video streaming site tell you that you've been on for a long time and maybe you should go outside? I would like it if AFF would send gentle reminders to frequent readers to comment. Like a little bubble that says "Hey there! You've visited this story five times, but you haven't commented yet! Remember to let the author know what you think!" Since authors and readers benefit from comments due to the karma system, I feel like this would be a nice feature.
26. If you could customize the way AFF appears to you, what color would it be? You could just pick one color or a palette.
Honestly I get so used to things I just hate change. So now that I'm used to the new layout, I wouldn't change a thing.

My bias group. I still love Super Junior and SHINee, but I'm totally EXO trash now.

Maybe youfic. I don't know if that counts, but I've never written one. Could be a nice challenge.
41. What is the best thing AFF or being a member of AFF taught you?
I taught me who I am as a writer. Thanks to all the feedback I got on my stories, I kept writing, because I realized that I had a talent. And when I kept writing, I kept improving. My language, my style, my ideas, the more I wrote, the more I expanded my horizons. And that's the best thing I've gotten from this, aside from suzetteisblue (she's my BFF, gotta keep saying it!).
42. What is your greatest contribution to the site so far?
Probably AWE. No, definitely AWE.
43. What are your current AFF goals?
FINISH OUT OF THE DARKNESS.
44. If the AFF community decides to do a get-together, how should we spend it and where?
LOL GOOD LUCK WITH THAT! Not to be rude but it would be kinda hard, we're scattered everywhere and the majority of us spend too much money on Kpop to afford a trip to a meet up/convention.
