A Common misconception about yongsun is that she's a complete free-spirit, someone who would run around doing whatever she wants. this is not exactly the case, although she can be quite reluctent to do things and not intrested in anything that means that she's told what to do, yongsun is actually strangely trust-worthy. she's not the type of person to leave things to the last minute or promise to do things and end up not doing it- because yongsun doesn't go back on her word, so if she promised to look for your lost keychain, she will. heck, she'll probably stay up all night searching for it in the bushes with a flashlight inbetween her teeth and curse words being muffled- thankfully. despite her complaining, she is someone who can be trusted easily as she has some sense of responsiblity.
wether it's a sarcastic reply, a sarcastic status, a sarcastic t-shirt- you can be assured that yongsun has done it. because sarcasm is her child and her mother, and also every other living relative she has in her abnormal mind. it's not like she is trying to be sarcastic and horrible to people on purpose, but it's the only way she can insult and punch people in the face without being held behind bars. because as much as she would like to go visit jail and leave mature men as sarcastic freaks that became influenced, she'd rather not. yongsun's sarcasm is a part of her everyday life, so if you're planning on becoming part of her daily routine, please get yourself ready for constant sarcastic remarks about your actions and probably your breathing too.

no matter what people say, yongsun is constantly able to read a situation and people like they were an open book, maybe because she focuses on the weirdest things- like their eyes and lips, or even their hands. but yongsun can quickly figure out what people are hiding and what they're trying to say, even if all that comes out their mouths are a weird chain of "and then she, sddjddjdkdkdksj." this means, that yongsun is impossible to lie to, unless she's not focusing on anything but herself and doesn't care enough to try and look at you properly. most of the time, yongsun has no trouble turning whatever situation into her favour, in other words manipulating it to adjust to her prefrences and benifit herself only- quite selfish dont you think?

who knew siblings could get along like this?
yongsun was the firstborn of her parents, who were at time in their mid-twenties, life was easy-going and slow-paced, the nights seemed longer and the days more enjoyable. yongsun was spoilt, told she was the princess in their heart and quite often given too much attention. but when yongsun had turned four there seemed to be a new addition to their family, a little sister, a crying mess, an annoyence- yeo soohyun. yongsun initally didn't enjoy the company of soohyun, because she was messy and clung to her older sister like her life depended on it. but then something happened, for the first time ever, yongsun fell for the eyes unclouded with hate and covered with innocence- yes the more soohyun matured, the more yongsun enjoyed her company and adored to baby her little sister. heck, as they grew older, it seemed like the roles were reveresed because this time around, yongsun was the one clinging to soohyun and refusing to let go of her matured sister. the pair become close, and had matching clothes for everything, matching socks, matching backpacks- even matching spongebob underwear.

during 2001, yongsun and soohyun were faced with a problem, it seemed like their parents had fallen out of love- and yearned for freedom. everynight for the next two years were filled with hiding behind the door, slapping a hand around the crying soohyun's mouth to stop her sound and the noise of their parents shouting and plates crashing. for the next two years, that happened, for the next two years every three days soohyun went with yongsun to buy new plates to replace the broken ones with their pocketmoney, hoping to renew their parents love along with it. but yongsun had accepted the truth after two years, she understood that people were capable of falling out of love too, so when soohyun had fallen asleep she walked into her parents room (where her father slept on the floor) and announced that the pair should split up rather than being miserable. and yongsun, even at that age, was blunt and inconsiderate- so her words of some concern for her parents caused something weird, her mother cried, she hugged yongsun and cried her heart out. and thus the married couple issued a divorce and were trialing to see who gets to keep the children. normally one child would go to one person and the other to someone else, but this was different, her mother refused to split the two up- and thus all rights were passed onto her father. and the now divorced couple went ahead restarting their life, her mother occasionaly visiting her children. her father, too, wanted to restart his life- so while he worked full time in a company, yongsun and soohyun were sent to live with their uncles.

yongsun wasn't fond of the idea, but soohyun seemed more than happy to move in with their uncles, maybe because she fond the idea of living somewhere new intresting- some sort of wild thrill. in contrast to yongsun's image of two stoic uncles that were too busy with work to be married, she ended up greeting two kid-like-adults, and you know what the first thing she did when they introduced themselves? she laughed, yongsun laughed because she realised nothing much was going to change, she'd just have new additons to her life.

although yongsun enjoyed the years she spent trying to hook her uncles up with women and the nights spent cuddling next to soohyun and watching running man, she had decided that she wanted to live away from her family. a choice she had made before she had turned 17, and now that she was 20 she decided to fufill this prolonged dream of hers- to become independant. her uncles although their first reaction was to scream in dismay, after being calmed by an annoyed yongsun that lashed out and a soohyun that was holding her back, they decided to look for a place for her to stay by herself. you see, after several months, they had decided to send her to a place that some rich ceo's son had made, it was the perfect size, perfect rent- expect they forgot to tell her about the cat lady downstairs and the roommate that she'd die fighting with.

the opposites
if there's anything yongsun hates, it's her roommate, annoying, distracting, unneeded, "i want to live on my own" and the occasional curse words, all of these are said with no pauses to take a breath if you ask her to describe her roommate. in other words, she cannot stand his breathing. she doesn't exactly seem to acknowlege his presence either, she's constantly waking around in just her bra and shorts in the summer because who really cares when they're living "alone." unless it's when she wants him to buy her food because she's broke and gof fired from her new job, again, she never really acts presentable around this person. when they both have days off and cannot go outside, it usually ends in yongsun taking over his bed and attempting to kick him and making lame jokes about nothing special just to irk him, heck she'll probably get in a fight with him more than have a conversation. yes yongsun hates her roommate, but she doesn't want a new one either.

when you think of hyunwoo, you think of that coffee-scented boy that smiles at everything, in other words, he's a complete sweetheart times 2. a somewhat selfless boy that wouldn't mind giving up some space for others to fit in, however hyunwoo- despite his endless persistence and kindness, hides things under the surface of perfection. hyunwoo gets irritated easily, and when he does, he doesn't hesitate to have an argument with people, and he is indeed extremly sarcastic when it comes to talking. in otherwords, he sits quite literally on the thin line of sweetheart and "i will punch you in your face." and his personality is based around who he's talking to and the situation itself.

the two met quite literally because when yongsun first moved in, she was the first to arrive, thus had no idea she had a roommate, which meant shirt off and relaxtion period. but she seemed to have forgot meeting an old lady with cats downstairs and greeting her, and in return the lady promising to get someone to help sort her furniture out. so when the door opened with a swing, and thus came in hyunwoo, screaming because a topless yongsun in a bra is very scary- not really, he screamed because she began chasing him around the room, screaming curse words and trying to throw her top on at the same time. ever since then, he found out she worked in a bookstore, thus visited every week to get a new book and also to apoligise for the 100th time about seeing her like that.

she pretty much, at this stage, thinks hyunwoo is a ert and is unwilling to accept his sorry until he gets down and bows, except hyunwoo's pride won't elt him, thus they are at a stalemate. she also thinks that hyunwoo is aesthetically pleasing to look at, and he must visit her often to read books with her. in other words "i hate him so much, but have you seen his cheeks?"
