Description
For the most part, Hongbin didn't mind being a beta. He could list out many benefits of being one, although the down side was that they seemed to be emotionally stunned.
Foreword
Just attempting to write again. I don't plan on having it be that long either.
I do try to edit when I reread but there will probably be mistakes still. Sorry about that.
Notes about this omegavers.
- Alphas are viewed to be dominating, protective, and brave. They are the "bread earner" in relationships. They have a strong scent that can overpower betas' and omegas', and tend to have warm smells like cinnamon or pumpkin.
- Betas are a mix of alphas and omegas taking traits from both, not necessarily in equal parts, as well as being more calm and stable. They heats are the lease intense. Their scents tend to be mild compared to the other two classes, taking on a more clean fresh smells like rain or ocean breeze.
- Omegas are viewed to be submissive, nurturing, and meek. They are the "housewives" in a relationship. They have the second strongest scent normally but will intensify during heat, they tend to have sweet smells like rose or strawberries.
- An individual cannot smell their own scent.
- Heat pills are used to curb heat in all classes. They are not mandatory, but it is strongly advise for unmated omegas to use them.
- Mating is just a bite mark that lingers for a while, infusing scents together physically. Imprinting is an intense spiritual and emotional connection. Mating is not permanent but imprinting is
- Everyone can imprint but it comes easier to alphas and they will most likely will imprint first. Imprinting can be a slow process that takes time or occur instantly, it simply depends on the person and situation. When betas and omegas imprint, it is usually once a relationship is established.
- Imprinting can occur the easiest when their partner is in heat.
- There are societal pressure for alphas and omegas to follow the traditional roles and behaviors of alphas and omegas. Alpha/Alpha and omega/omega relationships are also looked down upon by society.
- When an individual enters heat or experience strong emotion, they can be reduce to their instinct and impulse which is heavily influenced by their class.
