Wendy crumpled the nth paper tonight and threw it in the trash bin. She frustratedly sighed and ran her fingers through her brown locks. She had a term paper due tomorrow morning and she haven’t wrote a single word yet

 

 

 

 

 

 

“What the am I supposed to write here UGH” feeling baffled, she decided to call seulgi

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“Hello?”

 

 

 

 

 

 

“SEULGIEEEHH!!”

 

 

 

 

“What snowman.”

 

 

 

 

“Help me.”

 

 

 

“On what?”

 

 

 

 

 

 

“On my term paper due tomorrow morning”

 

 

 

 

“I can’t.”

 

 

 

 

“Why not?”

 

 

 

 

“Dude, you need some inspiration to write on that thing. Go get some fresh air or something”

 

 

 

 

 

“Wow thanks that definitely helped” wendy said sarcastically

 

 

 

“Glad to know that. Gotta go. Sooyoung’s gonna go beast mode. Bye”

 

 

 

 

 

“Bye.” she ended the call and got up from her desk filled with crumpled papers and scattered candy wrappers

 

 

 

 

She picked a dark blue hoodie from her closet and got out of her unit

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“Excuse me miss but you’re not allowed to buy these.” The cashier pointed at the 2 beer cans 

 

 

“Why not?” her brows creased

 

 

 

 

“Well technically speaking, you’re a minor” the cashier stated

 

 

 

 

 

“I AM NOT. IM 21 YEARS OLD FOR GODDAMN SAKE!” Wendy was annoyed right now. How dare she accuse her being a minor.

 

 

 

“May I see an ID?” wendy hurriedly looked for any id in her pockets but unfortunately, she left all of it at her unit

 

 

 

 

“I didnt bring mine, i left it at my unit” she said

 

 

 

 

“Well, i’m sorry I can’t sell these to you” the cashier said

 

 

 

 

 

Wendy sighed and got a carton of orange juice instead

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“Here’s your change, have a nice night.” she got her change then left the store. Oblivious to the fact that someone’s eyes were following her.

 

 

 

 

“What’s with your other customer?” the girl asked the cashier

 

 

 

 

“She wanted to buy these, but i told her she can’t because she doesn’t have an ID.” she stated

 

 

 

 

 

“You’re so judgemental joy. She seems like an adult though” the girl said

 

 

 

“Whatever unnie, what are you doing here?”

 

 

 

 

“Just buying these bags of chips. Oh, and I’m taking these.” she pushed the cans of beer towards joy

 

 

 

“You drink?”

 

 

 

“Who doesn’t?” Irene grinned while joy packed her food

 

 

 

 

“I don’t.” she said

 

 

 

“Well, its because you’re still a baby. Anyways, gotta go. Bye sooyoungie~”

 

 

 

 

 

“BYE~ AND YAH! DONT CALL ME THAT!!” sooyoung yelled while irene just stuck out her tongue playfully and left

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“Aish, am I really that small?”

 

 

Wendy sat on a bench at the nearby park and drank her orange juice. She still doesn’t have anything to write on her term paper
