Myungsoo is born wealthy. His father was head of an unfamous Korean gang while his mother spend the money by traveling.
You could say Myungsoo was a lonely boy, he grew up in the safety of his own house; home schooling and only the maids to entertain him.
Not that he cared, he loved the fact he, one day, would take over his fathers' business, he'd be able to travel everywhere, he would be rich and people would admire him.
But things didn't go as planned, his father was shot to dead after a collision with another gang.
His mother wrote herself a cheque and disappeared soon after.
He was left alone.
Myungsoo was only 12 at that time, he'd packed his stuff and left the house, trying to find his way outside his house.
Luckily one of his fathers' business partners took him under his wing, raising him to be just like his father used to be.
After taking fighting and shooting lessons he also learned how to be just as sly yet business minded as his father.
Nowadays Myungsoo lives in a rather huge apartment; you may call it a penthouse, in the city center of Seoul.

But with her mother and her men constantly searching for her and her father's money, she wasn't able to follow that small dream freely. She works as a bartender now and while working there she learned how the mafia world works so slowly and steadily she began to make connections just to make her mother's hunt a little more entertaining. Then one day, his wish for an opportunity to prove himself came. There was a competition set up by the King and Queen to find fit young men with brilliant minds. Taecyeon immediately went to the kingdom to compete. Near the end of the competition he was chosen among 5 others to become a spy. At first he was very disappointed, he really wanted to be a soldier and take his revenge. But then he realized as a spy, he could do the same or more damage than a soldier.
The story begins after this little epiphany.
