Description
Jieun was a very easy girl to become friends with, even though she didn't have many of them. The majority of her life has been surrounded by boys, which didn't really bother her since most of the girls she's ever met have been pretty lame. A new boy, Mark, enrolls into the school right in the middle of the year. He befriends Jieun quickly due to a small misunderstanding that turned into a big tease. His charming good looks cause all the girls at school to fall head over heels in love with him. But he doesn't care about the other girls, he wants Jieun. And Jieun might just want him back. The two soon confess their feelings for each other and begin to date. Jr, Jieun's ex, isn't too happy about it. She knew there were going to be problems from the moment she said yes to Mark, and unwanted feelings were bound to come out. As time passes, Jr's jealousy grows stronger, and Jieun's love for Mark becomes weaker. She begins to feel suffocated by him. It seemed like no matter what, Mark was always around. She desperately needed space and decides to break up with him. Mark seemed calm and understanding about their break up, but deep down, he was devastated. And he planned on making himself feel better. Later on Jieun finds out Mark's deep dark secret and realizes leaving him was the biggest mistake of her life...
I got the idea for this story from Jieun's song 'Going Crazy'. I named the main character Jieun without realizing it honestly.

Im Jieun is a sweet, young, friendly girl in her 3rd year of high school (junior). Even though she's easy to become friends with, she's not easy to get with. She is Jaebum's younger sister and Yoogyeom's best friend. She doesn't let go of things or people she cares for easily. Including ex boyfriend, Jr. She is unaware of the feelings the men in her life have for her.
Mark Tuan is a young handsome charmer who has to constantly move from school to school for an unknown reason. He may appear as a playboy, but in all honesty could never break a women's heart. He gets attached to things and people easily and doesn't let them go. He is in his 3rd year of high school along with Jieun. He teases her constantly about their little misunderstanding that happened on the first day they met and calls her his wife, yeobo, or jagiya. He is easily added to Jieun's group of friends.
Park Jinyoung, otherwise know as Jr, is in his 3rd year of high school and spend every second of it regretting his break up with Jieun. He is very over protective and was the they broke up. He is now very distant and quiet with Jieun, but will be there for her when she needs him. His best friend is BamBam, but is also very close to JB, Youngjae and Yoogyeom.
Kumpimook Bhuwkool, BamBam, is a funny, hyper, loud kid who thinks school is just another place to take naps. Him and Jieun have had a very... unique friendship since the day they met. Deep down they always felt something towards each other, but never admitted it, no matter how true their feelings were. He is in his 3d year of high school and is best friends with Jieun, Jr, Youngjae, and Yoogyeom.
Kim Yoogyeom is young, selfish, and only thinks of himself. The only reason he is like this is because he was brought up that way. He is also in his 3rd year of high school. He constantly teases Jieun and BamBam about the "thing" they have together. Even though he still acts like a child, no one can understand Jieun's feelings like he can. He is best friends with Jieun along with BamBam, Youngjae, and Jr.
Choi Youngjae is a shy, smart, loving kid who has had the biggest crush on Jieun since kindergarten, He never started taliking to her until they were in middle school, where him, Yoogyeom, BamBma, and Jr met. He tries hard not to show his feeling for her, but will throw her little hints from time to time. He is in his 3rd year of high school and is best friends with BamBam, Yoogyeom, Jr, and Jieun.
Im Jaebum, JB, is your average playboy jock who melts the heart of any girl that lays eyes on him. He is in his 4th year of high school (senior). He is Jieun older brother. At home he is messy, lazy, and obnoxious. Really no difference from how he is at school. He is very chill and relaxed but is there for his sister when she needs a big brother.
Wang Jackson is a professor who quite his job at a university to work with high school students. He is the English teacher there. He's secretly liked Jieun for the past year.
