Her P.O.V

"Ahri!" I heard a voice call my name.

I looked around but saw nothing. It was all black. This voice sounds so familiar. Where did I hear this before?

Suddenly, out of nowhere, a white wolf blocked my path. It was growling at me. I didn't dare to move a muscle. Slowly, I took a step back. Unfortunately, the wolf kept on moving forward.

I stopped breathing for a second when the wolf pounced on me. I wanted to scream 'help' but my voice seems to be stuck in my throat. I closed my eyes, waiting for the beast to kill me...and I felt nothing. I took a peek with my left eye and saw the wolf on the floor, swimming in its own pool of blood with a gray wolf standing beside it.

You're safe now. The gray wolf said, using its mind. The eyes. They're so beautiful. I was mesmerized yet scared at the same time. But as soon as I noticed that there's blood dripping down its chin, I immediately backed away.

"Don't come closer." I managed to speak out.

You don't need to be scared. I'm here for you. The wolf whimpered. I wanted to say 'I don't need your help.' but I frozed when I felt a hand touched mine. It was cold. I turned around and to my shock; I saw a body lying on the floor. Like the wolf from before, it was also covered with blood.

Tears started trickling down my cheeks. Instead of being relieved that it's dead, my heart shattered.

I just wanted to...hug the corpse.

"Choi Ahri!"

My eyes shot open when I heard my brother scream my name. I turned around and saw him in his uniform with his arms crossed. Oh no.

"Get your off that bed and start washing up! We're going to be late!"

We're always like this every morning. He yells at me then I'll move like I'm in the military or something but in the end...we're still late. Heh.

Even though my brother is like this, we still care for each other.

Oh wait. You don't know who I am yet right?

Well, my name is Choi Ahri. I'm a Junior in Seoul Academy. The nagging boy from earlier is my older brother-- Choi Jaejoon. (he prefers to be called Joon though.) He's one year older than me.

PS: He's single. You can have him if you want.

Our parents died when I was 13 I guess? And now, we're living in the middle of nowhere because my b*tchy half-sister and her evil mother took over OUR house in Gangnam.. So both of me and my brother landed on one of Dad's property in Seokjung Village. It's like a subdivision near Gangnam.

Oh well, because of my "talkativeness" here we are... running towards the school like our lives depends on it. I can see the gates closing as I heard my brother yell once again.

"Choi Ahri!! I'm going to kill you later!!"

Fortunately, we're able to reach the gate on time but the problem is...I'm sitting on my brother. Oops.

"You're so dead." I heard him utter.

My eyes widen and dashed off.

"See you later, Bro Bro!" I waved like an idiot as I call him the nickname I gave him when we were kids.

I ran inside the building, giving my brother a glance. I snickered and entered my classroom. Thankfully, the homeroom teacher isn't there yet. Why do I feel so lucky today? I received judgmental stares from my classmates. I hate it when this happens.

I cleared my throat and walked to my seat.

"Ahri. Psst. Ahri!" I heard my best friend whisper.

His name is Do Kyungsoo but called as D.O. He's always been there when I felt down and he's always there to make me smile. He's the only family I have aside from Joon. I looked at D.O and gave him my 'What?' face.

"What's got in to you?" he asked as he slipped into the chair behind me.

"What do you mean?" I asked while my eyebrows furrowed.

"How come you're not late today?"

I inwardly rolled my eyes and chuckled. We were peacefully talking when she came.

"Look who's here."

It was my *cough*half*cough* sister. And yes. She's my bully. Pathetic.

"Go away Rina." I calmly said, keeping my eyes on the book I'm reading.
