i see him every night. as soon as i close my eyes, he's there. he's holding his arms open with a warm smile. he invites me in the way he always does and im into a world where stars shine more brightly than the sun. there are two moons here and the water glows at night. he pushes me up against the wall as soon as i touch him and the sky above us twists and turns. the trees cling to the earth as we cling to the sheets. he sticks to my body and his heavy breaths send me into a never-ending void. it's so beautiful and torturous. he calls my name and lightly bites my neck. his tongue running circles all over my sensitive skin and he looks at me as if he loves me. two lovers loved out of love. i tug at his hair and i take his lips and mold them against mine until they're pink and swollen with lust. everything moves too quickly when we're together. the oceans wail in pain as i let him go. he whispers three words in my ear and im locked out of the dream. the door shuts and it all goes black.
