our grocery list
synopsis
AS CHILDREN OF THE 21ST CENTURY, THEY SAY WE ARE NAIVE TO THE WORLD AROUND US. WE'RE SPOILED ROTTEN. THEY THINK WE HAVE NO AMBITIONS OR DREAMS. WE'RE ASKED QUESTIONS OF WHAT DO WE WANT TO DO IN LIFE; WHAT DO WE WANT TO DO BEFORE WE DIE? BUT DO WE EVEN HAVE AN ANSWER TO THAT? ARE OUR ANSWERS THE ONES WE TRULY BELIEVE IN OR ARE THEY RESPONSES EASILY FOUND IN TEXT BOOKS OR ARE THEY THE UNFULFILLED DREAMS OUR PARENTS WANT ACCOMPLISHED?
For jang chihoon and his band of basket cases they are determined to figure out what life has in store for them. to strike gold and win the lottery that will end the struggle to make ends meet. to break from the chains of expectations and live life to the fullest. to find happiness in corners untouched and in places where money isn't accepted. to find oneself amongst a pile of mistaken identities. to rise above the misconceptions of others opinions. to live to see another day and love another moment. together, they will do whatever it takes to complete their grocery list.
