Listen and Obey

Description

"You're telling me that you'll pay me half a million dollars just to stop some kid from attacking the school?" Jaehyun lifted an eyebrow as she reviewed the papers in her hands, unable to wrap her mind around the strange proposition given to her. "All I have to do is just pretend to be a student at this school to find this kid and that's it?"

"That's it." Taeyeon nodded her head as she leaned back into her seat.

Jaehyun blinked as she stared at all the other suit-wearing detectives in the room, waiting to hear someone telling her that she was being pranked. "What's the catch?" She asked, throwing the papers back on the table.

"It's an all-boys school."

"All-boys boarding school." Kris chimed in.

Jaehyun paused.

"Make it a million and you have a deal."

Jaehyun's job was to pretend to be a student at Seungri High School for a short period of time in order to protect the students from someone who claimed he would attack multiple students at any given time. Jongin's job was to graduate high school with at least at 4.0 GPA and get into one of the SKY universities. When the two meet and share a great bond with each other, the two become inseparable. However, what would Jaehyun do when she realizes that her job is something far more dark and dangerous that not only jeopardizes her life, but Jongin's as well?

Foreword

Song Jaehyun
Age: 20
Occupation: Unemployed

Song Jaehyun has always adopted an androgynous look to her and was never bothered when both girls and guys had crushes on her. She was never really into skirts and dresses due to their constrictions and even when she had to wear a skirt to school, she'd wear sweats underneath. Though she's not the brightest light bulb in the shed, she does have an immense amount of strength due to her many years of judo and taekwondo training.

Kim Jongin
Age: 18
Occupation: High School Senior

Kim Jongin is a student at Seungri High School who was never really interested in dating despite the many girls that professed their love to him on a daily basis. The only love he had was for dancing and despite his parents' wishes on him becoming a lawyer, he'd rather be a professional dancer. Jongin carries a huge burden in his heart due to his closest friend passing away, explaining his coldness to those around him.
