Today is the day that I will live alone,far from my inhabitat, family and friends.I decided to become independent because of no particular reason,I just want to try something new which is to live by myself.I don't know but my heart and soul whispers me to do so.At first, my mom was against it, she beg many times but I always tell her that I'm no longer her baby boy that she need to look after 24/7.My dad always supports me in whatever decision I made so I don't have problem with him and so does with my younger sister but I've promise to call them often as much as I can.

I was already infront of my new rented room when the land lady went back and hand me the keys."Heres the key,Baekhyun" I bow a little politely as I accept it.

"If you need anything, don't hesitate to call me downstairs Okay?" Mrs. Song said."Thank You" I said.

She left and I decided to walk around the place.I could see the beautiful view of the urban town from here and it's nice.The cold air hits my skin probably I'm in the higher place which is the rooftop of this apartment, a place where I prefer.It has two separated room and I wonder who live next door.Actually, I wanted to be alone here but I have no choice.The land lady said that the 'girl' next door already live there for years and not to mention for free.

*Beep*

My phone vibrates and I check who send me a message and as expected,its my mom.Gosh,I miss her already.

"Are you already in your new place? Don't forget to call me okay? I miss you baby" I smile reading it.I still love my mom calling me her baby but not in front of my friends,its embarrassing you know.I remembered my mom hits my head whenever I stop her calling me that.Aigoo~

As what my mom said,I calls her.While waiting for her to pick it up, I heard a door slammed close behind me.I turn around and see no one but I know it came from the other door next to mine.I think its the girl that the land lady told.She said that the girl teach in a prestigious University near this town so I assume she's older than me,I think she's in 30s or up.

"Hello baek? Why are you not talking? Are you already there?" I went back to my senses when I heard mom already talking on the other line.

"Sorry Mom, Uhm yeah, I'm already here..."

My mom bombards me reminders and me the ever mean son laughs at her then my heart suddenly sanked when I heard sobs.

"Hey mom,are you crying?Mom don't be like this" I said in a worried tone.

"Its your fault because you chose to leave your Mom" she said.I felt guilt but we need to be used to it.

"Mom,we already talked about this right?" I said.

"I know but really can't help to miss my only son"

"Mom! you still have me here" I heard my younger sister complains on the other line.

"Shut up!" mom shouted and I imagine my younger sister pouting, a cute one.I chuckles remembering my mom and yeri fighting over things.

"Mom,I'll hang up the phone now.Bye~ I love you.Tell Yeri and Dad too" I said then end the line.

I slowly walks in my room with my bags and suitcase as I scan the whole place.Its different from my previous place where I lived but its still good and nice.I'll get used to it soon,just need some adjustment and everything will be fine,sum up my moms pretty reminders.

As I place my clothes and stuff in the closet provided in this room,I remember that I need to go on grocery today,thats my moms number one reminder,don't let my fringe be empty.

Finishing my business,I decided to take a quick shower.The bathroom is not inside the room but outside.How come didn't I check it before I rented here? Its too late to complain,I know.

I went outside with my soap,shampoo and towel.I easily found the bathroom and when I hold the knob to twist it,I heard someone inside humming a song.

I caught myself listening to that soothing and relaxing voice as I wait outside.She has a nice voice and I think I already fall in love with it.And Its just a hum and what more if I hear her actual voice? Does she sing? Well, I love singing too.I think we can be good friends.If that happens, I got a noona,isn't that nice?

Suddenly,I heard the doorknob twisted and I startle as I step on the side hoping she didn't misunderstood me.The door opens and the Vanilla fragrance went down my nostril.My eyes went wide upon seeing her with white towel on.I could see her wet shoulder as she fully went out the bathroom.

Closing the door,she left without realizing someone is here probably the sky already darkening and I felt relief at the moment.I didn't get the chance to see her face only her porcelein skin.I shake my head from the thought and just step inside the bathroom and start showering.

"Alright! This is my new life! Its the start of something new!Let it in! Fighting!" I cheer gesturing my fist and continue rubbing my body with soap while the water falls down on me.
