Im wondering if it's because i have absolutely no alice in wonderland backgroud knowledge that im so drawn into this fic even tho im confused and hopeless but hoping
That ending is a little tragic im gonna cry
But first of all outside of alice in wonderland inspiration and all, i think the whole awake and escape and pillar concepts were so ing interesting and beautiful and im sad that the both of them ended up the way they did because of it

I want more of this au only because i wanna ba an optimist and not look at the ending as angst (even tho technically speaking the only logical way of interpreting the ending was soo made the wrong choice and died saving kai) (for him tho it probably wasnt a wrong decision, it couldnt be when kai got a chance to wake up and escape the dreamscape and go back to reality)
I think whats so tragic about this fic is that tht both wanted to stay together no matter what, but soo survived without kai-- so even tho he knew exactly what dangerd it held he went back for kai. Thats the most tragic, that they wanted to be together but in the end it was because soo wanted to put kaifirst that they were separated sighs
Theyll be together again tho right?????? Someday???? Ill believe
