Foreword

"Umma!" a five year-old girl happily said to her mother. "Please buy me that doll... Please! Please! Please!"

"Of course, but you have to promise Umma that you'll be a good girl, arasseo?"

"Ne, Umma." Soojung happily replied as she received the doll she always wanted.

"Yeobo. Buy one for Soojin too."

"Which one do you like, my little Soojin?" her mother asked her other daughter. The little girl shyly pointed to one of those dolls on display. The woman smiled and went to buy the doll.

"Aniyo, umma." Soojung said. "Soojin doesn't want that doll. She will share this doll with me... right, Soojin?"

Soojin looked are her sister's piercing look and eventually nodded.

"Are you sure, Soojin?" her mother asked.

"Ne, Umma. I'll share with Unnie's doll." Soojin replied.

The two girls are inside their room. Soojung was happily playing with her new doll and her sister was just looking at her.

"Unnie, c- can I borrow your doll?" Soojin asked.

"Aniyo." Her sister replied.

"But you told Umma that you'd share it with me."

"I did. But I don't want to share Tiffany to you right now. She might get dirty." Soojung replied.

"Arasseo."

[Forward, 2 years after]

It was the twin's 9th birthday and they decided to camp out. They reserved a camping site which was located at the top of a mountain near the sea.

"Happy birthday, my princesses!" the twin's father greeted them with a hug and gave them their presents.

"Thank you, Appa." Soojin said and happily opened the gift. It was the cellphone that she always wanted. "It's very beautiful!"

"Appa, I told you I wanted a dog! All my friends have one!" Soojung said when she opened her gift and found the same phone.

"But darling, you know we can't keep a dog... Soojin is allergic to them, remember?" her mother replied.

"And I have to suffer? We can't eat my favorite strawberry cake because Soojin's allergic to them. I can't ride the ferris wheel because Soojin's scared of heights. I have to look after her when it's raining because she's scared of lightning. And now I can't have a dog because she's allergic to it?" Soojung shouted.

"Jung Soojung! Did we teach you to shout at us? She's your sister!" Her mother reprimanded her.

"I hate all of you!" Soojung said as she ran away from them.

Soojung was standing by the cliff crying. She watched as the waves strongly hit the mountain below.

"I hate all of them. It's always Soojin, Soojin, Soojin." Just then, the girl heard a rustling sound behind the bush. "W- Who's there?"

A wild boar suddenly came rushing towards the frightened girl. Fearing for her life, she slowly stepped backwards until she slipped on the rock. She held on some vines to keep herself from falling of the cliff and into the raging waters.

"Umma! Appa! Soojin! Help me! Help me!" Soojung said as she continued to cry.

"Go away you boar!" Somebody came and threw stones at the boar scaring the animal away. "Unnie? Where are you, Unnie?"

"Soojin! I'm right here!" Soojung replied.

"Hang on unnie... I'll go get help." Soojin was supposed to run back to their parents but stopped.

"I can't hold on much longer... Please help me..." Soojung replied. Soojin decided to help her sister on her own.

"Grab my hand, Unnie." Soojin said as she reached out to her sister. Soojin tried her best to pull her sister up and when Soojung was just inches away to safety, Soojin stepped on a rock and slipped.

"Unnie... Help me." Soojin said as she was in the position her sister was in earlier. "Unnie..."

Soojung safely made it to the top with Soojin's help. Soojung was worried and was about to help her sister when they heard their parents voices.

"They love you more than they love me... It would be better if you'll just be gone." Soojung said.

"W- What are you saying, Unnie... Umma and Appa loves you very much."

"I'd rather be an only child." Soojung said as she stood up and left her sister crying for help.

Little by little Soojin grew tired and her grip on the vines that was keeping her from falling is slowly getting loose.

"Help me, please..." Soojin said. "Please, anyone... Please help me..."

She grew tired and lost her grip on the vines as she fell off the cliff and into the waters.

[End of Flashback]

"I made a mistake, Kai... It was a secret I kept since then..." Krystal confessed to her bestfriend.

"Does hyung know about this?" Kai asked.

"No. No one else knew about it, except for you..."

"Then what are you going to do about her?"

"I have to face her on my own. She hates me so much..."

"How did you know it's really her?"

"I told you, not a soul knows about it except for the two of us... and now, you." Krystal said.

"Just ignore her for now, okay?" Kai assured her. "And besides, I heard that hyung planned a lot of things for your date tonight."

"How did you know? You're not even here, you babo."

"I have my own sources." Kai said in a teasing tone. "Don't worry about it, arasseo? Let's talk about it when I get home. I promise."

"Of course, we will..." Krystal said. "Call you later. Bye."

"Bye."
