My Punishment [OC Writing Challenge]

Description

Minju was tired. Tired of just being a follower, the silly little yes-girl for everyone. And annoyed. So, so annoyed. What better person to vent the frustration on than Junmyeon, their favorite nerd?

Foreword

I'm what you would call... Well, you probably wouldn't address me in a book in the first place. Neither in real life and much less in a movie. I was one of those faceless people standing closely behind the strong ones, the dazzling ones and the loud ones. Never to stand out I would just trail behind the group. Never had I taken any form of action.
Well, this has changed now.
And I was fiercely determined to finally submit to the ugly person I very much was.

_

"You came." I calmly stated, casually throwing a sideglance at the familiar stature of Junmyeon who had stepped out into the open. It was a rather chilly day and of course there was nothing to shelter us on the rooftop.
It only took the sight of him to let my anger bubble to the surface again. The sight of his straight posture with slightly slumped shoulders. He didn't look frightened; maybe a little hopeless. When he identified me, his eyes widened a little in a questioning manner. Still, he kept approaching me only to stop at a respectable distance.
Yeah, that's right. You wouldn't have expected me, huh? Shaking a little from the anger I felt, my fingers tightened around the black object in my hand.
"You want that back?" I asked coldly and waved his expensive-looking mobile phone so he could get a good look at it. His eyes followed it and recognition settled on his expression.
Then I stretched out my arm to let it hover over the ground far below, not breaking eye contact.
"Try and get it. I dare you."

...Whaaat? Me, writing an OC story? What is this sorcery?
Well, this is an entry for RiverFawn's OC Contest - In which we were all supposed to come up with a character who is neither named Hana nor Mei and who is neither the school's beauty queen nor the ugly duck, neither super rich nor down-right poor, who... Okay, you get the picture.
If you're also tired of all the dazzling and sweet yet feisty exchange students Mei or all the overly aggressive Tomboys Hana who would actually look like Miss Korea if they only wished to dress up a little more... You should check out RiverFawn's chaptered rant on all the up's and downs to OC stories. It's just hilarious!

I need to admit I was rather reluctant at first, but now I'm glad I typed it out since this little storyline has been bugging me for quite a while now.
I was inspired by the Chinese rock song "Li Kai" from West Rise East Down.
(Now please don't ask me about the lyrics, I never found them anywhere, the pictures just popped up in my mind~)

Since I'm on a forced Hiatus until the 20th of this month, I'll only be able to publish it sometime after that, but since I'm the type to go through with my ideas I will give it my all! :)

Every form of support is greatly appreciated :3
Love,
Sugar-and-Salt

P.S.: The very, very lovely poster was made by the Dead Silence Graphic shop! ♥ I love it so much! >///<♥

That was much more infatuating than I thought it would be! The storyline and the way you mixed past and present and the whole did/didn't concept in the end and beggining was so well thought! And I truly love last chapter! I'm so happy that you participated in that oc contest <3
