It was when human get control of magic and people get along when. Until a group of mage ( spellcaster ) start to use their power to kill others, they started a war. The ordinary created a weapon to take away the powers from the mages. It was given to an organization called "Hunter", and for a mage, the power is the living source.

After a few years, most of the mages are killed. Some Hunters are still looking for the rest.
