His surreal chocolate-colored orbs gazed intently into hers as if reading her thoughts. "So let's say hypothetically that the girl loved him first." He leaned in even closer, his hair gently brushing along her cheek. With his lips almost touching her ear, he muttered, "He would have loved her back all the same..."  He then cupped her face in his hands, them with his thumb. He then commenced to pressing his lips against hers in a passionate kiss, forever banned and unaccepted by universal laws because their romance was unorthodox, but they didn't care; love was love no matter how one looked at it.

  Ahn Jiyoung drifts through worlds like a lost soul, though she is human. Floating incessantly, she finds a barren and desolate world called the Void; home to the angels of lore where she meets a young angel known to his few kin as Moon Jongup: the angel of no wings. Destined for ultimate death, Jiyoung is determined to save him and commences to bring him to other worlds to search for his lost wings.

  She soon gets recognized for her otherworldy prowess by an organization bent on obtaining the power to travel to the land of the dead, of which can only be obtained by the harnessing of her life source. Jongup and Jiyoung then run, never safe from the ever lurking organization known to the eys of the public as EXO.
