The pattering of the rain against your windows made you want to throw all of your appointments to the side and curl up on the couch. It'll just be you, the blankets, and a cup of hot tea.   The landlady screams some incoherent words but the majority of the loudness drains through the door as she knocks on it. "Open up, I have the key!"   .   You blow your hair away from your face as you struggle to pull yourself up from inside the air-tight closet, making it way too obvious that you were in there. "C-Coming..." You choke as you turn the knob, stumbling out and wobbling your way to the door. You open it with a click and, low and behold, the landlady stands with a piece of paper in her hand and a boy standing next to her. You rub your nape, keeping your eyes on the floor to avoid her icy stare. "I can explain," you gaze at the person standing next to her, "but we need to talk in private." "Private?"
