This is a 2min contest. It's only one pairing for the sole reason that while I adore multiple pairings, I can't fairly judge them against each other, because they're so different.

The contest has a winter theme. Along with using the prompts, your entry should have something to do with winter.

Rules:

• The fic has to be completely new (no re-using fics), and you have to use at least one of the prompts.
• The fic has to be written only by you. No co-authors, though a beta is allowed and encouraged if you have one.
• Any rating is allowed, anywhere from friendship to , but keep in mind that if your fic consists only of the latter and has no story, it won't win.
• Any length is allowed. It can be a drabble, a oneshot, or a chaptered fic, whatever you have time for. As the length of a drabble allows for less development, drabbles of course are less likely to win. Oneshots and chaptered fics however have an equal chance.
• You can enter as many times as you want, but you can only win once, even if you have multiple stories that are better than everyone else's.
• Taemin and Minho have to be the main characters (as boys, no genderswaps please), and the fic must have the 2min tag, even if yours is just a friendship fic.
• You must subscribe to this contest. If you enter but aren't subscribed, I won't count your entry. This is because if you aren't subscribed, you won't see any updates or announcements, which are important.
• Somewhere in your foreword you must mention this contest and link to it, as well as stating the prompt or prompts you're using. Also, use the contest poster for your poster. You must also credit the poster shop in your foreword. If I don't see all these things in your foreword, I won't add your fic to the list.

Deadline:

The deadline is Groundhog Day - February 2, 2012. You must have your entry completed, posted, and marked as complete by midnight GMT. Once all this is done, post a link to the entry in the comments below and I'll add it to my list.

Judging:

When I read the fics, I'll be giving each one a grade from 1-5. 3 is average, so in theory most of the entries should get a 3. If you get a 2, your story wasn't very good, and you should hope you don't get a 1 because that means it was bad... >.>;  If you get a 4, your story was very good, and above average. A 5 is excellent, and means you're in the running for one of the top three winners. :)

I'll warn you now, I have a high level of appreciation for proper (or at least halfway decent) grammar. If I can't read your story through the grammar mistakes, you're going to get at least a 2, if not a 1. If you aren't going to make an effort to not murder the English language, please don't enter.

Prizes:

I've already figured out the prizes, but I'm not going to reveal them yet simply because prizes are not the focus of this contest. The main point is to have fun. If you aren't having fun writing, I don't want you to enter, okay? :)
