"Noona, is it true?" Taemin said with tears building at the brim of his eyes.

"Yes, Taemin. It is." Sohyeon is hurt to say this, but she has to. She knows about his feelings for her, but Taemin is like a brother to her. NOTHING MORE.

"Noona, I won't let go of you. Not yet. I'm going to wait for you." Taemin stood up and walked slowly away from her.

"Taemin, you can't do this to me. You know, I will have this guilt and it will surely kill me." Sohyeon begged. "I know that you love me and I love you too. But, you are just like a brother to me. NOTHING MORE THAN THAT." The last 4 words were barely audible because she knows Taemin will be hurt.

"But you mean everything to me, noona. You mean the world to me." Taemin nearly shouted as tears welled in his eyes.

"Taemin, listen, okay?" Sohyeon had her hands on both of Taemin's shoulders. "If you love me, you will let me go. Taemin, please."

"THAT. IS. STUPIDITY." Taemin shook her hands away. "If you love someone so much, why would you let her go?" Taemin said then, walked away.

"TAEMIN YOU HAVE TO SAVE ME FROM ALL THIS GUILT!!  YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME!! TAEMIN!!"

..Are the words that echoed as he escape to the reality that he hoped was just a dream.
