Serendipity
Description
High school. A time when hormones rage, friendships are formed or broken, and big life decisions are made. The perfect formula to sum up a high school career. Oh, and a dash of drama. Because high school would not be high school if there wasn't a little bit of drama.
--
With all the current Korean dramas revolving around high school, I felt like writing a story around my recent favorite 95-line of idols. Namjoo is my faves so the story will mostly be told on her part. I always have a hard time deciding between Sungjae and Hyuk for her so... we shall see which one she ends up with.
Also a note that there may be some pieces of similarity with my older fics, but other than that the plot is created on my own. If there are any similarities to another, it is coincidence.
With that said, I hope you enjoy the story!
Foreword
There were fields and fields of beautiful flowers in the meadow, swaying with the breeze. The rays were shining brightly onto the grass and the birds were merrily chirping about. Namjoo happily skipped around in the field, donning a colorful summer dress. She was enjoying the beautiful day, soaking in the warmth of the sun, when a loud “neigh” was heard from afar. Namjoo looked over and saw a white horse galloping towards her from the far distance. The majestic white horse came to a stop right in front of her and Namjoo finally noticed that the horse had a rider. Could this be her prince charming?
“I’ve been waiting for you, milady,” the mysterious rider said. Namjoo squinted, trying to look at the man’s face, but a white mask was concealing her view of him. The faceless man reached his hand out toward her as he softly called out, “Namjoo-yah”
Namjoo stared intently at the man's mask. "Can I see your face?" she nervously asked.
“Namjoo-yah,” his calm and soothing voice said again, as his hand slowly reached toward his mask.
“Namjoo-yah.”
“YAH, KIM NAMJOO!” shrieked a girl’s voice.
Namjoo screamed as she sat up from her bed, waking up from her slumber. It was a freaking dream?!
