Long ago, there were two lovers. As cliche as this sounds, they were in love, so deeply in love that their universe only consisted of each other. They died on the same day, in the same hour, only seconds apart, a half-whispered promise shared between the two, promising to meet in their next life.

However, the "two lovers" that were reborn are anything but in love. Time has worn their promise down, warping it until it transformed into something else entirely.
